Fantastic experience: I have an ankle injury from a little over 2 years ago. I needed to return to physical therapy because it was still giving me problems. I was hesitant to return because I felt that it would be more of the same stretches with little results. Boy was I wrong! The PT experience at Gymfit was totally different from all of my experiences at other places! Dr. Navas was awesome! He provided individual attention to me from the moment I walked in. He listened attentively to me as I explained my injury and current issues with strength and flexibility. He provided hands on massage. He used this really cool machine to loosen up my calf muscle. THEN...he guided me through all kinds of stretches and exercises paying close attention as to keep me safe while exploring exercises that I can safely do at home. And that was the first day! I felt a difference in my ankle right away. The level of care and attention to the patient is like no other PT clinic I've ever visited. I've went to many of the other chains but Gymfit's model is way above the rest. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I’m currently recovering from Tommy John surgery. My physical therapist Nahum and Tyler have done an excellent job, helping me recover and get stronger day by day. customer service is great, the people there are great and the space is just a great atmosphere to be.

Fantastic experience: My son (15 yo pre-pro ballet) started coming here for issues impacting his dance mobility. After 3 months he has seen much improvement in his form and function and a reduction in pain. Subsequently, I started coming here for some back pain and shoulder/hip mobility issues and am also seeing progress. I really appreciate their approach as a functionality of supporting my son’s activity, which has a proactive approach. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I underwent cervical spine fusion surgery 3 years ago and have struggled with emotional and physical pain since. That was, up until a couple of months ago when I started seeing Nahum at GymFIT Physical Therapy & Wellness. In our initial consultation, Nahum attentively listened to my story and was able to recommend a customized treatment program that helped me reach my current state of well-being. I feel so much better than ever before. I am beyond grateful for my newly increased mobility and strength. My interactions with the administrative staff have consistently been efficient and pleasant. I remember how helpful Marion was in answering my billing questions in the beginning. It’s also such a joy to arrive to every appointment and be greeted by Tesia whom is always so friendly and welcoming. I very much look forward to continuing my journey and highly recommend Nahum and his wonderful team! Their hard work and dedication that they give to all of their patients are truly on a world-class level.

Fantastic experience: Gymfit is like no other PT center I have been to. The individualized attention for my entire appt. by the PT doctor is the first time I have ever experienced this. Nahum is wonderful, he assesses your injury and takes you through exercises to improve your injury and pain. I would recommend trying this facility, within a gym, to have access to all equipment to strengthen and improve your health.
