They have treated me for several reasons over the past 4 years and have gotten this 73yo body back on the Pickleball court in great shape! I cannot speak more highly of their skill and care.

Fantastic experience: After having surgery for a ruptured Patellar tendon, Verrelle Wyatt and the staff at Physio Balance helped me gain flexibility and strength in my knee allowing me to meet my personal goal of being released from my Surgeon on time! Although I'm not an athlete anymore, Physio Balance and Sports Performance treated me like my personal goals were their goals as well and pushed me to achieve! Fantastic experience: I was referred to Verrelle by a friend, who had been treated by him in the past. I came with an injury/pain that was over a decade old. I had seen a podiatrist during an ultra, and then saw one in the community, who was also a runner. I was very unsatisfied with the outcome, as my pain/injury were not treated. Being an obese ultra runner, my injury was brushed off as arthritis. With Verrelle, during my first visit, he immediately could see the issue with my foot. The one on one care and professionalism provided was outstanding. I finally was able to walk and run with reduced pain, and that pain decreased more and more, as Verrelle continued to provide specific exercises to change my gait from my toes to my hip. Thank you for the gift of being pain free! My nickname for Verrelle is “Mr. Miyagi”, and I highly recommend him for your physical therapy needs, just as I have to several of my friends already.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Physio Performance and Recovery. I've been dealing with a nagging/recurring running injury for years. I worked with Verelle and Matt; and they were both great! The treatments they provided resulted in a fast recovery and allowed me to continue training without any significant "down time". They also addressed the root cause of my injury and provided me with a set of exercises that has been key to preventing my injury from reoccurring. Thanks to Verelle and Matt I've been running faster and further than I have in many years.
