Fantastic experience: I'm completely blind sighted by the fact that this place gets 3 stars out 5. I've been here multiple times and everyone there has always been fantastic. Some of the individual doctors I have seen over the years or have taken my children to see, I would necessarily recommend out of personal preference but that doesn't take away from the fact that I've had many overwhelmingly positive experiences here. I recently had a visit for knee pain and saw Dr. Redziniak who was for sure excellent(10/10), but so was every single staff member I had contact with from the front desk person to the X-ray techs, the med tech, the lovely ladies at the desk outside the exam room who take care of all of Dr. Redziniak's patients at check out, and the lady who brought me back. Everyone. The office was clean, orderly, easy to find, nearly empty (lucky for me) and well staffed. There was a white board in the office waiting room that displayed all of the doctors names that were working that day and how long their expected wait time was for each. I waited less than 5 minutes to be called from the waiting room and was immediately seen by a med tech who gathered some basic info from me relative to why I was there. The X-ray tech came to get me immediately after and took the X-rays right then and there, and once I was back in the exam room, my wait for Dr. Redziniak was probably 3-4 minutes at the most. I can't ask for better service than this place provides, and from a specialist no less. I can't even see my PCP in that short amount of time at MD Primary Care. Well done! Well done! Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Broussard for over a year with knee and hip pain. I have gotten the best care. I had PT and then gel placed in my knees. This helped a lot. When the hip pain got worse I needed surgery. They were thorough in explaining to me. Great care and timeyin filling out my paperwork.

Fantastic experience: The doctor was very thorough in checking my injury, great detail in explaining how it had healed, and even showed me the films from start of care, to this final appointment. In addition, he looked at a previous Dexa Bone Scan and alerted me that I should be addressing care, and maybe treatment, for osteoporosis. Including information on the latest treatments. Over and above treatment that unfortunately, I’m not accustomed to. The whole staff are pleasant and efficient, from the beginning to the end. Seriously outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sharif and the rest of staff here were lovely. Everyone (even the doctor) took the time to answer my questions and explain everything. There was no wait, the insurance processing and payment was easy, and the bedside manner of everyone I interacted with exceeded expectations. The staff even helped me find a location closer to my home to go to for other medical needs. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Sharif.

Fantastic experience: I was treated with the utmost care from staff to Dr. Sometimes older people are not shown a level of respect and genuine care. We seem to disappear as we age. Society stop recognizing us although we’re still alive. We’re just older and banged up a bit. Sometimes in the health world you can become a invisible number. I was treated like a person, a human being, a someone that mattered, like a mom. This meant the world to me and I so appreciated that. I don’t like sitting in the Dr.’s chair and the only thing that make me know he’s or she’s a Dr. is the appointment I made or the uniform they are wearing. Be human, be reachable and stay on planet earth so we don’t have to feel like we have to reach across the world for that personal feeling of care, yet the Dr. is sitting 3 feet away.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish we had a wonderful experience considering the circumstances. Our toddler broke his leg during a gym class and the staff took excellent care of him - very gentle and friendly. One woman in particular, I believe her name was Joanne, was extremy helpful and empathetic and told me to “just call her” if I needed anything. Absolutely put both parents at ease during a totally upsetting ordeal.
