Fantastic experience: I turned to chiropractic care in desperation during a difficult pregnancy. When I met Dr. Keyes, I knew nothing about chiropractic care, but I could hardly sleep because of the pain. His gentle demeanor helped calm my anxiety, and he always took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had. It is obvious that he loves educating his patients. In addition, I could always find an appointment that fit my crazy schedule, and I never had to wait long.

Fantastic experience: This is a quality place. I only post reviews when I am very happy...or very not. 5 stars. I had looked for a chiropractor online and couldn't find one that spoke "professional business" when I walked in the door. The receptionist was beyond friendly, and not only did I receive great care, but it has a real family vibe. Dr. Jones is extremely nice. I got a free hot/cold pack when I left, and that sealed the deal.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to DeMaio Family Chiropractic & Physical Therapy since I moved to the area 5 years ago. All of the Doctors and Staff are friendly and helpful. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. More importantly though, I have experienced real benefits from the treatments. I have lower back issues and regular adjustments help tremendously. When I do have a flare-up in symptoms, I usually get relief in just a visit or two. As an active 59 year old, I have also had great experience with the physical therapy provided when I over-do things. With a history of old injuries, I do have some adhesions that give me problems and Dr Keyes has done wonders for them using the Graston Technique. He was even able to resolve my plantar fasciitis in a few visits!

Fantastic experience: From my first phone call with Nora to discuss my back issues and set up my appointment, everything went perfect! Before I arrived, Nora had emailed me digital forms to fill out, which saved a tremendous amount of time when I arrived at the office. Remi, Dr. keys, assistant, and technician took excellent care of me, super professional, very accommodating and polite. I had an appointment with Dr. Keyes who listened attentively to everything I had to say and together we worked on my goals of keeping my back pain to a minimum as well as keeping everything maintained and healthy. Fantastic experience: Our family has been seeing Dr. Oz and Dr. Jim for years. They are both wonderful Chiropractors. We continue to see them as they have specialized techniques that can take care of our Back issues even when we're in the worst of pain. These are my "Go to Guys" when we have Back problems and need Medical help.

Fantastic experience: The Staff does really well doing their part, needed to obtain a note for my new ergonomic chair. Placed a call to the office and received it less than five minutes later. But the physicians OMG! Talk about knowing your job. From the very first visit after my neck injury. Wow! I just kept thinking, i can't wait another day like this! Unlike most places where you get analyzed the initial day, and serviced the next, it was not at all like that. Analysis and service all done in the same day. I was like, thank you! Amazing, the treatment received has allowed me to recoup from the strain, now i am finally regaining my range of motion. And, it feels good! Thought my foot was fractured but the physician broke up the scar tissue, and now i can actually stand on it for longer periods. Gave out so many cards for family, friends and co-workers who said, we're going" But this review is your post card, please don't miss out and submit yourself to pain, Go! Smiles! Fantastic experience: DeMaio Family Chiropractic feels like FAMILY every time I visit. They have been a key factor in me staying healthy over the last 22 years. Several years ago, I was dealing with chest pain and shortness of breath which sent me to the Emergency Room and the Cardiologist who each ran test, after test, after test and could find “nothing medically wrong” with me. I finally went in for an adjustment and as soon as Dr. DeMaio adjusted my upper/mid back, the chest pain went away and my left lung felt as though it instantly filled with air. I broke out in tears as I had suffered for over a month with symptoms that a simple adjustment corrected instantaneously!!! I am forever grateful to this practice and now see Dr. Keyes in the Bowie office for “routine maintenance.” The Doctors and all of their staff are warm and welcoming at each visit.

Fantastic experience: I am writing regarding Joe Zoblisein who is the lead Chiropractic Associate at DeMaio Chiropractic. He is a genuinely warm and friendly person who is easy for me to trust as a professional because he always makes me feel very relaxed and demonstrates his competence in his interactions with me. He has worked with me over an extended period of time, coaching me on various types of exercises we have done together as part of my chiropractic care. If I performed an exercise incorrectly, he gently instructed me and encouraged me that I can do it. He let me know when I was performing the exercises correctly and encouraged me. When I asked him about the benefits of doing particular exercises, he has been able to explain to me in layman’s terms about the anatomy associated with different exercises and how the muscles work together, so I clearly understand the benefit of performing the exercises and hence was motivated to do them at home. He has a keen interest in the study of anatomy and physical therapy techniques and spends time at home studying these topics, which shows that he is interested in learning and growing professionally. He is very conscientious, wanting to do things the correct way and has been recently asked to train all other chiropractic associates in new or improved methods of doing physical therapy exercises with patients throughout the DeMaio chiropractic offices. He has previously served as a personal trainer in a gym and does personal training in his spare time from his home. I retired as a high-level human resources manager from my organization and I would want Joe to work for me in any area because of the friendly way he treats the customer, his trust-inspiring personality, his ability to get along well with team members, his desire to do things the correct way that are most helpful to the customer, and his openness and desire to learn and grow professionally. Joe could be placed in any job even in areas that are new to him, and he would be a team player, easily interact well with other members on the team, treat the customer with concern and respect and eagerly dive into the training on how to do the new job the organization would offer him so that he would very quickly become proficient in the new kind of work.

It is always pretty easy to get an appointment. The treatment I have received here has been great and has helped a lot with my neck issues that were causing very bad headaches. From Annapolis to Crofton to Odenton. Now I visit the Bowie office where I see Dr. Keyes, who is professional, personable and a gentle (with his hands) chiropractor! The staff is also very cordial and accommodating. I am an old school’ type of girl. Only problem I HAD was being called by my first name. Being 70 years old, I find it a bit disrespectful, without my permission and this is a business. So I asked them to refer to me as Mrs, and no problem any longer. I wouldn’t go to any other practice for this type of care. Keep up the great work and referrals will come. ☺️

I get physical therapy rehab as well and the staff are very helpful and motivating. I've gone to another chiropractor in the past for my scoliosis and Dr.Keyes is by far more knowledgeable and caring.

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr.Keyes with an impinged nerve in my shoulder. Dr. Keyes was very receptive to my concerns and treated me on my first visit. I was feeling noticeably better after two visits and kept up with his suggested visit schedule and am happy to report that my issue is resolved after a month! I am now continuing regular treatment on a less-regular basis for my more chronic neck and upper back pain. The entire staff has been welcoming, friendly, and accommodating and the treatment has made a huge difference in my comfort level. I would absolutely recommend Dr.Keyes to my family and friends.
