They make you feel like you are part of their family. From the moment you walk in and experience Sharon’s smiling face and then the EXCELLENT treatment from all the therapists. You can tell they care about you and your health. They encourage and push you at the same time because they believe in you and KNOW you can do it even when you don’t believe it yourself. I would recommend this facility to ANYONE who is willing to put in the work. Kayla always calls me her “star student” even though I gave her a hard time a lot. LOLOL. But I was only a star cause she helped me shine!!!!

She is a very capable and knowledgeable PT, and everyone including the assistant Sharon are very niece and patient with everyone. They assist each other as well as work well together as a team. I recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation to anyone. Kayla goes beyond the limit of doing her best as well as being experienced in her performance. I'm so glad they are only 10 minutes from my home. Kayla is also very knowledgeable about her position and a very compassionate person.

Since my diagnosis, I have been to several PTs; however none of them have done for me what Kayla has done. Fantastic experience: I am new to this facility, but my visits have been extremely rewarding. Kayla, my therapist, tells me everything she is doing and why. Her interaction with me makes me feel that she really wants to help relieve my pain. She is small in stature, but very strong when applying the therapy I desperately need. So far, I give this facility 100%, everyone, especially my therapist have treated me in a professional and kind manner. I can feel results already.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at NovaCare, from the physical therapist, to the front office staff are highly professional and welcoming, and I am very pleased with my experience. I have never waited more than two minutes, as they are always ready for me when I arrive (even when I am late). My physical therapists (Keva and Kayla) are friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. They are always willing to explain the exercises and answer any questions. Also, they patiently guide you through each exercise and make sure that your form is on point. Although physical therapy is usually an uncomfortable experience, I actually look forward to my visits because the energy is so positive. If I could, I would give a ten star rating!

Fantastic experience: The Team provide you a personal one on one treatment professionally and with expertise. They are warm welcoming staff providing a relaxed atmosphere. When my doctor said I needed physical therapy, I did not know exactly what to expect. When I arrived my first day, I was greeted warmly and was respected and for the past 3 months they have made me fell like apart of the family. A great Team working together to make me whole.
