Fantastic experience: Kristen my therapist is wonderful! She has an up-beat, positive attitude, which in itself is therapeutic! I was feeling very depressed about my mobility issues, and her response was, "trust me, you WILL get better"! I have encountered a few "doom and gloom" medical professionals who would respond, "well, I'm not sure, it all depends on……However, Kristen's positive response was the road to my physical (and emotional) healing. Keep being you, Kristen!!

I don’t have children myself but seeing how patient and kind Kristen is with the children in therapy let’s me know that I could count on Kristen if needed in the future as well!

Fantastic experience: Rachael is among the best physical therapists I have gone to over my 68 years. Patient, attentive listener and Rachael understands my goals and develops a plan to met these goals. When I have concerns or problems, Rachael always listens and then takes the time to explain things about my problem in a way I can understand.

Who know this hidden gem with a wonderful staff including the front desk professionals has been hiding in Odenton. I didn't until my physician referred me. Oh my, did I let the cat out of the bag!! lol You'll have to give them a try NovaCare Rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I received physical therapy with Kristen Heidlebaugh and occupational therapy from Kamala Stevenson. Both therapists are phenomenal. Very warm, caring, and knowledgeable. I've already seen improvements in my functioning from my work with both of them. The office has been great allowing me to see them on the same day. Friendly office staff. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Nova Care Rehabilitation is the place to go for physical therapy. Ask for Tracey O as she is the best! Tracey is very caring, professional and knows her business. She works within your limitations and still challenges you with kindness and inspiration.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience using NovaCare Rehabilitation in Odenton. I needed treatment to correct a issue so I could return to life as I knew it. My first day was awesome by being greeted by cheerful staff members and my therapist Kristen was the best. As I observed the staff working with other patients you could sense their concern for your well being and their commitment on providing great care. Fantastic experience: Typed review earlier not sure it it went through, however, Nova Care Odenton was so wonderful to deal with that I want to be sure. Initial contact was ur receptionist I think her name is Ashley Do remember that she is leaving to go to Physical therapy school. She was absolutely lovely! So kind and helpful and went way out if her way to explain how the lymphedema clinic worked and then juggled calendars to get us a quick appointment once she understood the urgency. Then we met Michelle Andes, the therapist- who just couldn’t have been more gracious and kind. the patient was my 83 year old husband who has terminal cancer and had gone through so much stress and pain just to be able to get there. Michelle immediately grasped the emotional as well as the medical dynamics of the situation and took over taking a complicated and lengthy medical history, patiently and w good humor, while dealing w an extremely scared patient and several anxious caregivers. She never made anyone feel rushed; she listened attentively, comforted the patient and did a careful assessment explaining all her recommendations e.g. why and what exercises and equipment and demonstrating how to use equipment and exercise aids. She was absolutely wonderful and left all of us feeling very encouraged w her in the team.

Fantastic experience: NovaCare provided me with excellent PT care. Their hours are more liberal than many centers, allowing patients to get care quickly and at convenient times. The staff is friendly and the therapists are competent. Kristen, who was my therapist, did an excellent job in alleviating my symptoms, and provided me with at-home exercises to keep me on the right track. Overall, a very good experience.

Rachel, my main therapist, is amazing, and has a great deal of expertise, and I'm also very impressed with Missy, who has taken care of me a couple of times as well. Fantastic experience: Rachel is very detailed. She explains everything from important physical issues to small movements I was doing wrong during exercises. Instead of simply telling me to do stretches at home, she explains why these stretches are imperative to my physical therapy process. Mechanically doing things is different than understanding why I need to do things I’m told to do, and Rachel definitely makes sure I understand. This increases my motivation to follow through with all these exercises and stretches. I hope to get better soon and be able to go on and live my life, but at the same time, I want to continue, because Rachel makes physical therapy sessions really informative!

Fantastic experience: Tracey was a wonderful therapist. She helped me get rid of my back pain by doing the right exercises and also having a lot of patience with me. If I need to go back again Tracey will be the one I will ask for.

Fantastic experience: I have gone to physical therapy at other facilities, which set my opinion of PT to non-beneficial. Reluctantly, I went to NovaCare and my opinion has changed!! The time Rachel took to assess my body and how it moved was much more than any other therapist has ever done. My program isn’t canned, it is tailored to ME … and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made.

Fantastic experience: With Covid being a thing they check your temp as soon as you walk in and all staff are wearing masks which makes me feel better since I am bringing my 6 month old there for physical therapy. Our physical therapist is wonderful and she knows how to handle the little ones. If my son doesn't want to sit and let her stretch him, she will change to a different way just so he isnt screaming his head off and getting upset.

Fantastic experience: Professional staff that clearly know their mechanics, methods and techniques leading to a more healthy me. Ms. Rosenberger has led my rehabilitation with clear and concise explanations which makes me more comfortable moving from exercise to exercise. I feel quite at ease working with Ms. Rosenberger because you can tell that she cares about your success.

Fantastic experience: This place has been awesome. Kristen and the rest of the staff are a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional group of people. I have been going there for treatment for several weeks now and it has helped me immensely. Fantastic experience: I'm so grateful to Tracy and the entire NovaCare team for their awesome job during my knee replacement rehab. I've been seen at 4 different PT clinics in the area and NovaCare has definitely been the best. Tracy is great! Very knowledgeable , fun and professional.

Fantastic experience: My experience at NovaCare for rehab therapy from a knee replacement was exceptional. My therapist, Tracy, was extremely knowledgeable and always professional. Tracy was also no nosense and thorough in her approach to helping me achieve maximum results through a well thought out series of exercises of increasing intensity designed to push my physical limits during every session. Tracy was an engaging coach who provided encouragement constantly. It was immediately clear to me she enjoys helping people achieve their personal rehab goals. I will have a total knee replacement on my other knee in about two weeks and, when able, I plan on returning to NovaCare to recondition that knee as well under the watchful eyes of Tracy.

Fantastic experience: Megan Manning is such a wonderful physical therapist. She pays attention to everything I’ve told her about where my pains are and always ask how I am feeling. She is very attentive and is very kind. I look forward to seeing her for my appointments. I highly recommend anybody looking for an amazing physical therapist to request her. I am grateful for everything she has taught me to do in person and at home workouts. I know she will help me in a speedy recovery. She makes therapy fun !

Fantastic experience: Michelle and her team are some great people. They are flexible with scheduling whenever a conflict comes up for me. They have a great rapport with their clientele that puts me at ease and makes it easier when doing tougher exercises. They also have a good knowledge base to answer any questions I have regarding the recovery process or the exercises. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience thus far at NovaCare. I have had 3 different therapists and each one has been great. They genuinely care about ME and are vested in my progress. While I wish I didn't need PT, I'm certainly glad to be getting it at NovaCare in Odenton!

Fantastic experience: The whole staff is fabulous. Kristen is amazing. Your therapy is personalized for you to achieve maximum results by working with your body’s level of capabilities. Things are explained in a manner that you don’t require a medical degree to understand. The therapists help guide you and cheer you on for moral support. The exercises to do at home are easy to understand and do without help. My body feels like I’ve made some great strides in only a few weeks. I look forward to working with Kristen for the foreseeable future. 10/10 would recommend whole staff!

Fantastic experience: Physical Therapy seems a major part of my life. At age 72 I am now receiving the best care of my many PT experiences in three countries and seven different states. Tracey has engineered a significant improvement in my flexibility and range of motion in just the first three sessions. I would commend NovaCare physical therapy without reservation. They exceed the normal standards in every area. Coordination with insurance, the referring physician, establishing and adjusting appointments, and the delivery of rhe actual therapy all run smoothly and effectively.

Fantastic experience: I developed vertigo and needed to be seen STAT for vestibular therapy. The office staff at NovaCare in Odenton was so kind and patient with me. They talked to the therapist and arranged it so that I could be seen right away. My PT, Kristen, not only took time to explain the condition and corrective procedures to me, but patiently worked with me to get the vertigo to stop. She was wonderful! The office staff and facility are warm and welcoming, and I highly recommend NovaCare to anyone in need of PT.

Fantastic experience: The staff at NovaCare are professional and personable. They don't make you feel like just "another injured patient", but rather get to know you throughout the session. Joy is the only PT I've seen for care, and she does an outstanding job. She explains things as she goes...why she's doing it, how it'll help, etc. I starting going to NovaCare as a recommendation from a friend, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

This is a really nice and clean office and great treatment and advice on exercises to follow up on. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to NovaCare for years, both for routine therapy and post surgery recovery. The staff has always been terrific: personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. They make recovery less stressful, and often more fun, than it otherwise would be.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with NovaCare as I recovered from spinal fusion surgery. Over the course of about 10 weeks I was able to feel better everyday as my Physical Therapist Christie Sides was extremely channeled to my goals and tailored a perfect set of exercises at each session, making me stronger everyday. As I am an active person, i was certainly anxious to get back on my routine so finding the right place for my physical therapy was a very important part of my healing . Novacare delivered and surpassed my expectations, with very well prepared staff! It's important for the physical therapy program to follow each person according to their needs and capability and I love that this facility was exactly like that, as they were attentive to my needs and goals partnering with my surgeon's timeline of recovery. Other bonus to NovaCare: friendly staff , clean and organized facility, easy to make appointments, plenty of parking. The availability of products for purchase as you check out so you can keep working on your progress at home is an added charm! I highly recommend this center and I hope people are as happy as I am concluding their treatment!
