Fantastic experience: My neurologist referred me to Rehab United after my stroke. But due to an insurance change and several bad experiences at three different rehab facilities, it had been 2 plus years since my stroke when i got referred to rehab united. I really had no hope for any improvement. But i went and met Mary and her then assistant michelle, whom i miss very much. They both got right to work thoroughly assessing me and began working on me. In just a few weeks time i was beginning to notice improvement in my arm. I like how they think outside of the box and show you stretches and exercises to do that will benefit you the most. But If you truly want to get better you have to do the homework they give you, it works. When i got to rehab united. I couldnt move my arm more than an inch away from my body. And now i am able to lay down and lift my arm unassisted over my head. If you want to make your therapist smile, do your homework.

Fantastic experience: This place is, without a doubt, deserving of 5 stars. I tore my MCL and spent many weeks working with the staff here. At the end of my time here, my legs were much stronger and now feel good as new. The staff constantly tailor your exercises and stretches to what fits you perfectly, so your recovery is never stagnating. If you are serious about physical therapy, I can't recommend this place enough. For the best care in San Diego county, make sure to ask for Megan Kelley.

Fantastic experience: Megan Kelley is an excellent therapist. Every time I came to therapy, her first inquiry was did I have any questions about anything. She was able to find exercises that fit my problems. The front office staff is also excellent helping schedule appts and calling you by name when you enter.

Fantastic experience: Megan gave me back my life. There was a time I didn’t think my life would ever be normal again because I was in absolute agony and unable to perform normal daily activities. Megan and crew knew exactly how to rectify the problem I was experiencing. Throughout the 6-month process, they would modify the exercises based on my pain level so I was able to continually make improvements. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rehab United for anyone that is in need of Physical Therapy!

Negative experience: Be sure to clearly document whenever you have to cancel an appointment as the Director, Adam, left and did not cancel my appointment that I clearly cancelled with him before leaving on a long vacation, verbally and with a text. Now, they send me a no show fee of $60 and still expect me to come and see them for 5 more sessions. Cancelled them today too as I will no longer do business with them. BEWARE

Fantastic experience: I am an 84-year-old male with 10 surgeries to date and needless to say, have lots of pain And flexibility issues..... Adam at rehab united has been one of the best physical therapists I've ever worked with and he has helped me to a large degree in preventing serious injuries and/or pain through the various exercises that he has shown me.... I would highly recommend rehab united for anyone dealing with Pain/ Flexibility issues

Fantastic experience: The whole team at this location in Carlsbad is fantastic. Starting with Hayley the Office Manager, she is very accommodating and worked with me to make appointments around my work and home schedule. Megan Kelly took all of my physical abilities and limitations in mind and worked with me to heal and gain more strength. The whole team collaborated flawlessly to ensure that all patients received continuous exceptional care and attention. I was at rock bottom and had been in so much constant pain everyday, that I felt like nothing could help me get back to where I was physically before my injuries. I was wrong, as Kelly, Brenna, Adam, and the rest of the team showed me that I could be healed physically, which also improved my outlook and mental health, getting me through very challenging days at work. Fantastic experience: I was referred to United Rehab through Kaiser for knee pain. I had a total of 6 sessions and I felt immediate relief from session number 1. Adam, my therapist, was fantastic. Took time with me, explained things very well and was very watchful. Made sure all movements were carried out correctly. His assistants were very positive and made sure the movements Adam was giving me were carried out with proper form. I would highly recommend United Rehab in Carlsbad.

Fantastic experience: I was having back issues for several months. I tried chiropractic care, acupuncture and worked at the gym. All helped but pain was still intense. Was given a referral to RU. I had Megan Kelly as my PT. Megan, and the staff were a pleasure to work with. Six sessions and using the stretching exercises i was assigned my symptoms have gone from a ten to a three and still getting better. I'm back to golf, pickleball and the gym. Thank you Megan . They are knowledgeable and supportive every minute of my visit. Haley at the front desk keeps everything flowing and always greets everyone cheerfully and with care. My therapist Megan is fully engaged with each session, explaining the why of each step and she responds to my emails. Most importantly, I'm progressing well with increasing my mobility and strength.

Fantastic experience: My husband was referred to Rehab United by his neurologist several months ago. At his first session, he could barely walk more than 20 feet without assistance. He has been diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia and balance is very concerning. Today, his balance has improved tremendously. Megan Kelly patiently works to encourage him to strive a better life style. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to rehab united for almost 2 years because I have Parkinson’s. The staff is excellent and they make each session styled to my needs. Some days it’s all I can do to get there and they work with my disability. Loved Alex and thought I would never find a better therapist. Then I met Megan and she’s even better! She adjusts to my abilities and how to make it better. She is very creative! So kind and caring! I can’t say enough good things about her! She is always challenging me and my limits. Even when I think I can’t do something she encourages me and the next thing I know I’ve done it! All the girls who work there are a joy to be around- from the girls at the desk to the assistants. Brenna will be an excellent therapist when she finishes college!

Fantastic experience: I am very glad that I was referred to Rehab United by my doctor because it is truly a top-notch physical therapy experience. Their facilities are very clean and they have lots of equipment and weights. All of the Physical Therapists care about each other's patients and sometimes will chime in with recommendations for each other. I have been working with Megan and she has been great. I have seen some great improvement. The Physical Therapist assistants are also excellent--they know their exercises. The one specific thing that I like about them is they are neurology focused. In other words, they have worked with people that have migraines, or whatever neurological ailment one might have. Also, shoutout to Haley at the front desk that knows everyone's name and greets everyone each morning. She even follows up when she says she's going to. She's fantastic. Thank you, Rehab United! I have no reservations recommending this location to others.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Rehab United in Carlsbad for some neurological issues I was experiencing. I have been working with Mary for several weeks and my improvement has been incredible! From the start of her assessment to today, I feel like I am 85% improved. Mary is truly genuine when working with you and I appreciate that because she doesn't let me quit on myself. I highly recommend Rehab United and especially Mary for all the guidance they have provided me in my recovery. Fantastic experience: I have been to many different physical therapists, but nothing compares to the treatment I have received at Rehab United in Carlsbad. I have progressive multiple sclerosis, and because of the therapy I have received at RU, I am much more flexible and stronger than I have been in years. Each of the therapists have treated me like I was their only client. The personal, one-on-one, training is far better than what I have had in the past. The atmosphere is light and fun, and I am treated like family. I feel I have a team behind me as I combat MS, and I look forward to my sessions each week. I have recommended RU Carlsbad to several people, and would gladly do so again.

Audry introduced me to the PT team which has 3 physios who specialize in Neurological diseases. From the moment I met Alex I knew immediately that I was in uber capable hands. Audry and Alex, together with their fabulous support teams collaborated extensively to ensure that my training was balanced, creative, challenging and fun! I could not be happier with the level of care and professionalism I received, from the super Receptionists to the Director.
