I am writing this to give five star reviews on two of your employees: the Director of Nursing and Ambassador. I have been a resident here for 17 years. I have never seen a Director of Nursing that is so easy to talk to and I can tell my feelings and thoughts to. I have voiced concerns, and she has efficiently and effectively resolved them. She is professional and polite. The Ambassador is personable, helpful, caring, wonderful personality and always has a smile on her face. These employees are great assets to the building.

The dedicated multidisciplinary approach to my mother’s rehabilitation stay was excellent and far exceeded our every expectation. The Sheriden Woods Resident Ambassador was a kind, compassionate, devoted, immeasurable trusted resource to our family, who was instrumental in a far-reaching way that contributed to a timely discharge for my mother. Her unmatched exemplary professional integrity provided our family with ever-present reassurance as her timely follow through for all matters was impeccable. And as a family, we are honored and grateful to have crossed her path.

This place is second to none. That is because the people here treat you like family. The nurses and aides care for you 24 hours a day around the clock. There is no one better in the kitchen than their director - he allowed me to write my own menu and he followed it to the letter. The rehabilitation department is one of the best in the state. And last but not least I want to thank the administrator. The generosity of Sheriden Woods is unbelievable and the care is outstanding. This place just doesn't get enough recognition for all that they do.

When we brought our mother/wife to Sheriden Woods in January 2017, we thought that she would be able to go home after a few months. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Mom’s Alzheimer’s progressed. Although this was very difficult for our family, Sheriden Woods became like a second home. We are so grateful for the loving care for Marie by the aides, nurses, front desk staff, recreation staff and all that we came in contact with at the nursing home. We gained so much support and appreciated the friendships we made.
