NovaCare Rehabilitation - Bristol

Positive experience: I had vertigo. The therapist went through some detailed exercises with me, but I didn't feel dizzy at the time. He said I need to do the exercise while having vertigo. He also gave me a written copy of the exercise for me to do at home when I have vertigo at home.

Fantastic experience: My son has started PT here. The therapists are friendly, informative, and the facility is nice and well maintained. They came highly recommended from our Orthopedist.

Positive experience: While for the most part my experiences have been pleasant, I’ve found it a bit off putting that when working with James, he doesn’t start the appointments at their scheduled time, nor does he actually ‘end’ the session - he just walks away and works with another patient, leaving you to figure out you’re done. He also doesn’t really ‘check in’ with you during your appointment. I’m fine with doing the exercises by myself, but it would still be nice to not have to go and find him at the end of every series of sets. Overall, the treatment itself is very helpful, and my pain has definitely decreased since I started coming there, but… a little more consideration for my time and my needs as an individual would have made this easily a 5-star review.
