Fantastic experience: Dr. Seiden did a great job removing calcium deposits and a cyst on the back of my hand. There is still a bump on the back of my hand which may subside more over time but I have no pain or limitations for using my hand and virtually no scar!

Fantastic experience: Cervical surgery. He is excellent. I had good experiences with him and his staff, insurance, and appointments, etc. I will return to his hands in one year for a follow-up surgery after therapy as needed. I highly recommend Dr. Moazzaz.

He has one of the best bedside manners in the medical field, and it is for that reason I would highly recommend him and this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Moazzaz is an amazing orthopedic surgeon he performed a cervical spinal fusion amongst other medical issues I was having with my neck. After the surgery I had minimal pain to no pain at all! Dr Moazzaz and his nursing staff and surgery schedular are very efficient, professional, and helpful. From my first consult appointment within a week I had all my referrals for MRIs pre-op surgery had all my appointments set including surgery and post appt. After surgery I already had a home nurse and PT at my house and reporting directly to Dr moazzaz about me. Everything went so smoothly and a Dr that cares about his patients . I highly recommend Dr moazzaz to anyone needing an orthopedic surgeon!! Thank you so much Dr Moazzaz and nursing staff. Your the Best!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to Dr. Cooperman a couple of times. I feel he’s knowledgeable and is caring in the way he takes care of his patients.

Negative experience: Toe-tally Ridiculous Experience with Brian Bobick foot "Dr" I made an appt for a simple "ouch" on my middle toe due to a training run. First off, the doc offered pain meds twice in 20min. (Is a stamp card for free opioids after my fifth visit next?) Then came his Expert advice: Surgery. Apparently, my toe pain required a full-scale surgery requiring bones to be broken and pins inserted. And Bobick was still not done, next I felt a sharp poke – turned out the doc was in "cutting" mode before I could decline. Once blood was drawn his surgical dexterity shone through as he withdrew 1 bandaid with his bloody glove from a drawer of supplies. Contamination with talent! In conclusion, if you're looking for a foot specialist who will solve everything with surgery or if you need those sweet, sweet pain meds, this is your guy. As for me, I'll stick to real MD's who don't whip out scalpels when "looking closely" at your sore toe. PS this guy billed my insurance $1572.00 for the experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Curry did a great job explaining the procedure so I knew what to expect. The nurses were all professional, friendly, and reassuring, and the facility was clean, modern, and well organized.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cooperman replaced did my total hip replacement and he was great both before, during and after the procedure. I'd highly recommend. Had great support from his surgical team, including Ryan and Peter as well. Two thumbs way up! If I need to get my other hip done, I will definitely be requesting Dr. Cooperman!

Fantastic experience: Very well organized office. The doctor was very thorough and answered all my questions. If I lived in California, he would be my go to surgeon.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hartman was very professional and knowledgeable. I was referred to him by my doctor because I was experiencing pain in my shoulder and upper arm. I was initially told that I had a torn tendon, and would need surgery. Dr. Hartman examined me and my MRI record, and told me that it is only arthritis. He said that I would not need surgery for several years yet, as the arthritis damage was not very severe. I found his confidence in his diagnosis to be very comforting, and I was relieved that I didn't need surgery. He referred me to an excellent Physical Therapist, and I went for PT treatments for 6 weeks. I have been pain-free with full range of motion ever since! Dr. Hartman tells it to you straight, and I respect that.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a cycling crash on a Friday evening, Dr. Hartman's office got me into see him on Monday morning. He was able to repair my broken humerus, did an excellent job and I'm well on my way to recovery. He was great as was his entire staff. Gracie, my surgery nurse was fantastic, i can not say enough wonderful things about her. She knew a trick to get my rings off my finger on my swollen hand and we didn't have to cut my rings off. I was having a panic attack while waiting for the surgery and she was amazing in how she cared for me and calmed me down. Excellent care from everyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bobick was friendly but professional as he listened intently while I explained my symptoms. After exam he clearly explained all my options, from least intrusive to most intrusive. The goal was to avoid surgery if possible, but still give me the most relief. This was my first visit with him, but I certainly will be following up with him.

Major traumatic day for me, but the team exudes confidence which eases the anxiety of the surgery. The confidence is well placed as this team, lead by Dr. Moazzaz, are very skilled and always a step ahead of what I needed. Highly recommend if spine surgery is a must, this is the team you want.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr Seiden for carpal tunnel both left and right wrist. I was very pleased with Dr Seiden and all of the staff at OS of North County Carlsbad. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had severe back pain and did extensive research to find the best doctor possible. Finally, after reviewing all the online reviews, I selected Dr. Moazzez, as his expertise seemed impressive. I tried my best to book an appointment with him, and they scheduled me for four days later. They also sent all the documents in advance for me to review and sign, which I did. On the day of my visit, I was seen by a PA instead. I thought he was just there to gather some information, but he ended up prescribing the wrong medication (a muscle relaxant for a herniated disk). When I asked if I was going to see Dr. Moazzez, they told me he was busy. I even asked if I could at least say hi to him, but they said he was busy again. I endured pain for four days, hoping to see the doctor I chose, not his PA. The clinic still charged me for the visit, and Dr. Moazzez' name wasn't even on the bill. I called them many times, emailed, and submitted a form, only to receive one call back where they confirmed that this is not the type of care they want their patients to experience. That was it—no further action, and I was still billed for a visit with a doctor I never saw, and the medication prescribed was completely inappropriate. I've already spoken with my attorney and my insurance about this. The one star is only for the call they made after I reached out. Good luck trying to talk to them after your visit.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend Dt. Hartman; he is a fantastic surgeon. He explained everything in detail before the surgery. The surgery went smoothly with no complications and my PT and follow up care was great. I have full motion and use of my right shoulder after suffering with a torn rotator for 1 1/2 years.

Fantastic experience: My mother adores Dr. Kane. At 88 y/o that says alot!! Thank you for being so friendly, for explaining mom’s progress to her in a manner she understands. As her daughter, and primary caretaker who also works in healthcare, Dr. Kane’s reliability and sensible recommendations minimize stress for mom.

Negative experience: Staff was nice enough, but my appointment time was switched without me being notified and I was unable to make my appointment. They could not accommodate me and had no explanation as to why my time was switched without my okay. They were adamant that my appointment was at one time, even with written proof that it was scheduled differently. I had been waiting weeks for this appointment and now I have to find another.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bobick did an amazing job fixing four of my tendons in my foot after a bad break. All of the pain pre-surgery is gone and it healed nicely I can’t tell you how much I appreciate him and his team.

What was wrong with me and how I can fix it and what the future look like now that the diagnosis was given. Definitely refer him to others but I don't have many friends in the area.

He used an innovative technique so I could have a less invasive surgery and minimal scarring. He was kind, compassionate and competent. Fantastic experience: I am normally a patient of Dr. Amory but since he was out of office in Oceanside, they made sure to get me in here in Carlsbad with Dr. Kane to ensure I was taken care of. At first, the staff seemed upset and short but within minutes I saw how amazing this office is. HUGE shout out to Medical Assistant Michael "Mike"! Someone please give that man a bonus! I am Autistic and tend to get overwhelmed and scared at the doctors office, especially when facing a manipulation under anesthesia at 27 years old, and Mike really went above and beyond to make me feel better. Thank you so so much. And thank you Dr. Kane for explaining my situation better, and my options for treatment, and for just treating me like a person who's scared and needs a little help. Also I would like to add the blonde x-ray tech is an angel as well!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Payam Moazzaz is an excellent surgeon and he performed the Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion with 2 neck vertebrae on September 6, 2023, removing the damaged discs and replacing them with cadaver, which is showing new growth. I have plates and screws in my neck and although I have hardware now, I feel so much better since the surgery. I felt sick and fatigued before the surgery and now I am so glad I had it done as my quality of life is better! I am happy again! LOL. He is personable, kind and very competent, and I highly recommend Dr. Moazzaz as an orthopedic surgeon for any surgical needs.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with the outcome so far. Before the surgery I had been dealing with ankle pain for over 3 years and had tried several homeopathic treatments with limited or no success. I finally decided to go the surgery route and met with Dr. Bobick. He very quickly identified the issues and explained everything that was wrong in detail but more importantly what it would take to fix it. I have a really busy travel schedule for work and explained that I needed to be ready to travel again in January. He was able to get my surgery scheduled to give me the best shot at being ready to get on the road again. The surgery was pretty extensive and included fusing 2 bones in my ankle, removing a large bone spur and the shortening the outside ligament to give the ankle stability. It has been a week and a half since the surgery and I have little to no pain so I can already feel the relief.The pain is better now than before the surgery. That staff at the office has been great and being able to do xrays, the casts, and doctor visits in one place is great. I highly recommend Dr. Bobick for your ankle problems. Keith Goodman

Fantastic experience: Dr Curry, has resolved multiple issues with my spine and sciatic joint. I had gone to other doctors for years without resolution. However, Dr. Curry was able to get to the root of the problem, and I have been pain free for a while. I am back to doing activities that bring me joy. Swimming, running, cycling, sailing and occasionally dancing.

Fantastic experience: Dr Cooperman did a fantastic job! I’m about 15 weeks post op now from a left hip total hip replacement and I’m back to doing the things I love to do. I’m able to go back to the gym and play golf pain free! Dr Cooperman was professional , courteous, and really listened to me and my needs. I will recommend him to all my friends and family that ever need to see an orthopedic surgeon.

Negative experience: I never leave reviews, but I feel I need to hear, strictly on the customer service I just experienced via the lady who simply answers the phone. I simply called the number provided via tricare to setup my first appt with my primary. I know already odd that my primary would be at an orthopedic office, but that’s precisely why I called. I tried to explain this to the lady and she proceeded to interrupt me and ask for my birthday, which I provided. She then told me that I am in her system, but she won’t do anything for me. To which I tried to explain that you do not get referrals for your PRIMARY physician. I am not calling regarding orthopedics, I am painfully aware of how referrals and ortho works as I’ve had surgery before, thank you. She decided she knew what was best for me and continued to interrupt me talking about ortho, while I again am calling inquiring about my primary. I will NOT be going anywhere near this place for primary, ortho, or otherwise. When in doubt, take a breather and LISTEN. That is literally all it takes.
