Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with the staff and facility. Although my mother has been here a short time, the friendly staff, the impeccable facility, even the nice fall decorations make it feel warm and welcoming. My mother needed a secured unit and I was able to find it here. It’s nice knowing she’s in a good place with people who care. The administrative team is top notch, and the staff on the floors that I have met so far have been lovely. Donna in administration has been a lifesaver. Everyone from social work to nursing, it’s been a blessing during this difficult time. My mother was in another facility and this far surpasses that experience.

Positive experience: This place is only getting 3-stars because the nursing staff is wonderful. My grandmother was there for more than 2 years, and has recently passed 2 weeks ago from the date of this post. My mother called and asked for a few of her items and she was told by the DON, Donna, that she can go there and look for the items herself. What kind of treatment is that after losing a loved one? Horrible nursing etiquette from the DON!

Fantastic experience: The Staff right from the Greeters/Receptionist, To all the Nurse’s & Dr.s , Therapists ,& Even the Coffee passer outer/ Activities Director Amanda, the Hair Dresser did a Great job on My Mom’s Hair., Office Staff , & anyone I forgot , I apologize I am sorry. . You all make it feel like , We are all Family. & Our Mom is in Good Hands. Thank You God Bless ????❤️
