Brockton VA Medical Center

Positive experience: This place has good in-house Service and doctors but to try to call him on the phone to make an appointment or otherwise it's impossible nobody answers the phone takes forever for some recording to come on when you finally get somebody they put you on hold and sometimes they never get back to you.. the phone call could take to actually talk to a I don't understand how they could have all the people trying to do things on computers when they don't know how to use a computer to get in to see a doctor and make an appointment could be months away then you try to use that community outpatient service which is stated by law if you can't make an appointment within a month's time within the VA is supposed to be able to use an outside doctor it's like pulling teeth terribly disappointed in the VA just my opinion but I bet many others would say the same veterans deserves. more this Marine thlinks. ,!!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of state, and needed to go to the urgent care facility here. They were fast, friendly, courteous, and very professional. I can honestly say this is the best VA facility I have ever been to. Thanks to the entire Urgent Care team that took care of me.

Fantastic experience: My husband was a Hospice patient here for almost six months and passed away in Feb. of 2021. The staff on 7-2-C Lincoln are an amazing bunch of people, their dedication, passion and warmth conveyed not only to the patients they serve, but to the families as well. Even during visitation shut downs I was able to connect with my husband as much as possible. The brain injury my husband had would cause him to be very childlike, and the staff would show great patience and empathy for my husband. They would often sit with him to help him calm down, and they would play his favorite music, watch TV or just talk to him. I am beyond grateful that he was so well cared for and kept as comfortable as possible in the last months of his life. The VA gets a bad rap a lot in the media, but we have never had anything but wonderful care and compassion shown to us throughout the system.

Fantastic experience: Im actually here now and they have excellent care. The experience I have had being in the hospital here for three days now has been great, the nurses and staff are very good, they are different from traditional civilian hospitals. The nurse you can tell actually enjoy coming to work, they want to be here which makes for a better experience for the patients.
