Fantastic experience: I could not say one negative thing about Rockland PT and Yolanda! What an amazing experience! It was such a pleasure to work with Yolanda she always made sure I was comfortable and was so accommodating when it came to scheduling although it was a struggle through the pandemic they still made it possible! Thank you so much I didn't want to part ways, if I ever need more PT I know where I will be returning ❤

Fantastic experience: I was so fortunate to find Rockland Physical Therapy !! At first , it was the convenience of the location. But after my first appt, I realized I had made a great decision. First -Yolanda is AMAZING !! Beyond the knowledge and professionalism…she’s so warm and caring. She is so genuine! She is able to put her hands on my back-and without me saying a word, she knows exactly where my pain is. Then there is Judy!! Judy is there when Yolanda is not. Her knowledge is so extensive . I really feel this is the best physical therapy location I have ever been to. No, the place is not huge; there is adequate equipment, but not as much as some places I’ve been to. The thing that makes them the best is really Judy and Yolanda. They look at me as an individual. Not everyone in there ( even though you never have more than one other person which I love )is doing the same program. It sounds basic -but I can tell you from experience, I have been to places and you always know who has the back issues etc -because they are doing a lot of the same things. Judy has taught me things and showed me ways to strengthen my back that I have not tried before . I suppose I could go on…and no, I did not know either of them prior to starting . I just feel so incredibly grateful to have found RPT. Oh -and I cannot forget Mia. She takes care of scheduling and the front desk. She always works around my schedule ( and theirs ) , and figures out how to accommodate me!! Thank you RPT-I am so thankful for the work you do .

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable therapist. I’ve been going to her for my lower and upper back pain (herniated discs) and I wouldn’t be able to live comfortably without Yolanda’s therapeutic hands! Great staff, comfy & clean space. They truly make you feel like family there.

Fantastic experience: Rockland Physical therapy is awesome. Yolanda is amazing. She's very attentive and caring. I was given physical therapy for my ankles and knees and I had bad experiences with PT. But when I went to see Yolanda she worked miracles. In 10 to 15 visits my ankles and knees are feeling better. I recommend Rockland PT to everyone.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is super clean, organized, compassionate, and extremely professional. Their schedule is flexible, which made it easier for me to continue working regular hours and able to attend therapy. Ever since Yolanda started treating me, my physical health completely turned around. I used to live with chronic pain and now I feel empowered and strong, the pain level has drastically changed, and it continues to improve. Yolanda’s kindness makes me look forward to the therapy sessions.
