During the first visit, we will outline your particular benefits so that you will understand your costs on a per visit basis. Please see our insurance list.

To confirm that your insurance provider participates in direct access to physical therapy, we will verify your benefits prior to your first visit. If needed we can refer you to a trusted provider within the community or you can go to your primary care provider to ask for a referral.
