I’ve been to multiple physical therapy specialists and nowhere compares to the level of expertise and caring that Troy and his team deliver.

Fantastic experience: The people at ADAPT understand three things - the human body, how to motivate their clients, and that everybody is an individual. There programs are built around individuals and they know how to bring their clients to the balance point of working up to, but not beyond their limits. Their approach is small incremental, but measurable improvement. A great bunch of people!

Fantastic experience: This place is incredible! I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 11 years ago and have had a hard time with walking, gait, muscle imbalances, etc. I can't believe how much I have been able to get back after starting here about a year ago. My foot rolls instead of flopping on the ground. My legs are stronger and I can walk a lot more gracefully for a longer distance now. I can balance on one foot, which is a miracle in itself. Adapt has terrific consultants and all kinds of services that can help physically, mentally, and socially (Trivia Night is a blast). I drive 45 minutes to get here and it is so worth it. This place definitely gets 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: The most FANTASTIC people you will ever meet. You never feel like leaving because everyone there is friendly and welcoming and kind. Its the kind of place you feel like your Home, right when you walk in. The equipment, services, and information they provide is World Class. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up for my second 4 sessions... thrilled with results. All physical therapy in the past has increased my pain with referrals back to pain doctors. Frustrating. Stacey "knows" body mechanics and is changing my posture and lifetime walking patterns. She explains "why" my movements result in problems (chronic leg, back and neck pain) and "how" to get my correct muscles activated. Very, very happy. Near Palomar airport and El Camino Real.

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to see this place in person and words or even pictures don’t do it justice. From the equipment, to the visitor lounge and the grounding room it is first class. The atmosphere is professional, but more importantly fun and extremely family orientated. The trainers, in my opinion, are the most talented, diverse and knowledgeable in their field. The fun days are back. Thanks to all of those who put this together! It is truly special.
