Originally from New York, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education at Lehman College in the Bronx, New York. Not sure of what direction my life would take, I landed up working at a chiropractic office in New York City. Almost immediately I became aware of the power chiropractic has. I remember one particular gentleman who came in to the office barely able to walk. After a few visits he was not only walking again without pain, but had a renewedenergy and vitality. I knew then that I had to be a part of this, a part of something that could make such an impact in people’s lives. And so my own journey began to become a chiropractor. I am proud to have graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida and grateful to have been adjusting people for over a decade.

My goal is to impact as many people as possible with the power of chiropractic, and I am thankful each and every day that I am able to make a difference in the lives of those who I serve. My biggest motivator are the hugs and smiles of patients that are experiencing a better quality of life through chiropractic. The biggest compliment I ever get is when a patient refers a family member or friend to come and see me.

Outside of the office I like to workout at the gym and go for long runs. I have completed several half-marathon races. I love camping with my wife and daughter, or just spending time with them (and my dogs) at home. I am a huge rugby fan and although I don’t play anymore, I enjoy watching rugby matches on tv, cheering on my favorite team, the South African Springboks!

Fantastic experience: I went in today for my first adjustment in years and I have never felt more comfortable with a doctor than I do with Dr. Lynch. I wrote down my problem areas, gave a small background on how what could have affected those areas and he went right to work, all while having a lovely conversation through it. And Stephanie, (I believe) at the front office made the payment process so smooth and easy and has an infectious positive attitude. I will be returning regularly when I need adjusting, this is the perfect place for your chiropractic needs!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lynch is careful, knowledgeable, and a great listener. I had no experience going to a chiropractor and was pretty nervous, but it was very great and helped my healing a lot! Highly recommend. Also no wait and no problems processing insurance.

Fantastic experience: Great service from a knowledgeable chiropractor. Doug has really helped my back. I was in so much pain prior to seeing Doug, but now I hike, walk, and do yoga without pain.

Fantastic experience: Have seen Dr Lynch twice in last three yrs Once tor severe pain caused after herniating 3 discs unloading hay and impinging my sciatic nerve. My pain level went from 10 to 0 and back to work and normal activities after a few weeks under his care He’s kind and don’t let his friendly chatting disguise the fact he is awesome,knowledgeable and gentle in care. I had a trip and fall and slipped and fell on wet cement wrenching my low back and pelvis I’m now pain free after a couple weeks of a few visits each week He had answers to all my questions which proved correct. He makes room in busy days for urgent cases as best he can. His two receptionists are very friendly and caring also. Being a nurse I’m picky who I chose as a care provider and I chose well!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lynch is one of the best chiropractors I have ever been to. I always appreciate that he takes into account what I need at every adjust, as over the years my adjustment needs have changed. He is personable and always so positive! His office staff is amazing and helpful and they are always flexible with scheduling needs. 15/10 recommend him to everyone who needs a great chiropractor!
