Positive experience: The office was professional and I could tell the NP listened to me. But when it came to actually helping me, the NP was not ideal to see. She couldn’t come up with a solution to my back pain while in the office with me, then left the room to see what help might help. Before she left l, I suggested stronger pain medicine than over the counter, but her response was we don’t prescribe medicine in this office. Though she had just suggested a bunch of other medications, one of which had a high copay since insurance didn’t cover. I really felt like she judged me at that point. Oh, she also suggested an MRI which I’m getting. So that was good. Then upon returning to the room, she offered up a steroid prescription (had not mentioned this one before) which I did have filled. But no relief from pain yet. So I will be coming back to this office for a follow up MRI appointment. But I will most likely ask to see a different provider.

Fantastic experience: I have the extreme pleasure of seeing Therese. She has an excellent bedside manner. I told her my issue and she told me how she could help. A few injections later I felt so much better even before I left the. Office. You really helped ameliorate my issue. Thank you, Therese, God bless...

Fantastic experience: I had a consult appointment; it was my first time at TCPC. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the new patient questionnaire, the attentive listening during the consult, the promptness of the intake and the check out process. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The cleanliness of the clinic was superb! I left feeling hopeful with an initial plan to relieve pain and the confidence that ongoing treatments will be suggested to provide a better quality of life. Additionally, the patient portal is available and easy to access for communication and needed forms. So far, so good!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Twin City Pain Clinic for several months now. I have some very specific needs due to a few different heath issues. Therese has been so accommodating and helpful. She always listens and is very respectful, she makes me feel heard and cared for! The nurses and medical assistants are awesome and so are the front desk receptionists! Overall just a great place to receive health care!
