Dignity Health Medical Foundation is a not-for-profit organization providing award-winning, patient-centered health care throughout California.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all Medi-Cal (CHIP) recipients were continuously enrolled in health insurance coverage without needing to reapply for benefits. Due to a recent federal law, continuous Medi-Cal enrollment ended on 3/31/23, so you need to take steps to ensure your health insurance coverage will continue if you are eligible.
