WORK-UP PHYSICAL THERAPY

Fantastic experience: After breaking my heel and tearing 2 ligaments I went to DR Clements to learn to walk again and get back to a normal life. He helped me tremendously and also set me up with an at home workout routine to heal up faster. If you are local to the area and want a trust worthy physical therapist who knows the proper ways to help you heal work-up is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I injured my knee in November and Workers Comp Insurance didn't approve physical therapy until April. The therapist Jim got me an almost immediate appointment and began my routine on the first day. The intake appointment was easy and I knew my schedule for the next four weeks (the duration of my prescription). Jim helped me to build up my strength in not just the muscles surrounding the joint, but the knee itself. He taught me some self-care tips to practice at home in addition to doing my strengthening exercises on my therapy-free days. While most therapists I've seen in the past gave me exercises and ignored me while I did them, Jim actually engaged me in conversation and made me feel welcome. I have to say that I actually enjoyed going to my appointments. In fact, he inspired me to keep going with my strengthening exercises. Finally, from the first week, I noticed marked improvement. In only 4 weeks, I found relief from my chronic knee pain. He even taught me a new technique to reduce swelling in my feet, ankles, and legs. This guy is great.

Fantastic experience: I was in really bad shape when I started physical therapy. I couldn't really do any kind of movement without causing an excruciating amount of pain. To say Jim help change my life is an understatement. The level of service, knowledge, and care I received was exceptional. He is very observant and will continuously modify your program to meet your needs. He never overbooks himself to make sure each person is able to get the maximum level of care. He is also very flexible and understand when things happen. I would reuse and recommend him to everyone. This is five star level of care! Thank you Jim.

Fantastic experience: A few months back I fell off a roof and hyperextended my knee and chipped some cartilage. When I was told I would need physical therapy I immediately started searching the web and came across work up therapy and saw all these great reviews about Jim. Let me tell you the reviews do not lie. When I first arrived I could not straighten my leg and was in a lot of discomfort around my knee. After my first two weeks I was then able to fully straighten my leg with the stretches and exercises Jim incorporated. Now fast forward to week 4 and I am riding the bike up to 30 minutes, I can walk without a limp, and I feel like both legs are starting to gain strength. We are still in the process of getting my knee back to where it was but up until this point it’s been great and everything Jim is having me do is truly helping me. I would highly recommend to anyone and 5 stars all the way without a doubt! FYI if you like sports and want to hear some stories Jim’s a great guy for that as well. All around wonderful experience with Jim at Work Up Therapy!
