"You will find that an RCRP is a great place to kickstart your life all over again...working with the women has always been very important to me. We have treatment that is geared specifically for women - by women, for women." - VOADV COO Kathy White-Thomas
The Pine Hill Police Department (PHPD) in partnership with Volunteers of America Delaware Valley (VOADV) today launched the IMPACT ARRIVE Together Initiative, an extension of the IMPACT (Immediate Mobilization of Police Assisted Crisis Teams) Program. Made possible by the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General Connect and Protect Grant, the program will enhance social service delivery through an added triage component to participating police departments.
We recently held our third annual Human Trafficking Summit: In Plain Sight, Uncovering the Why in Atlantic City. The summit highlighted ongoing efforts to combat human trafficking and the importance of law enforcement and provider alliances, with a focus on youth victims. Check out this clip from 6ABC.
Volunteers of America Delaware Valley provides community-based assistance to populations in need so that they can lead self-fulfilled, independent lives.
Volunteers of America Addiction Treatment Program: Reviews
Fantastic experience: the people on here are not telling the truth. I have been a resident at this program 3 times already because i choose to continue living a life of crime. its no one fault but mine. the staff do not steal people stuff. From what i observed dudes want to keep getting high so they sell their items to get k2. you are not allowed smart phones/devices so all that talk about phones and laptops being stolen is a lie. Now they do have a lady working named natal dont know her that much cuz she worked out patient but she did always have an attitude especially when we were playing rap music at rec. she hates that music guess she a church fanatic. They have good staff working there. Majority of people who are managers there did time before so they understand the struggle, also that pony tail boy Mr. V, and the big guy who runs the program E they dont play no games. they all about seeing people beat their addiction. I noticed in 2021 my last time there that a lot of good workers left, but they have some good ones left. If you want to change your life than this is the place you want to go. If you want to keep getting high then this is not the place you will like. Also they stay with parole officers in the program so alot of the things ppl are saying on here is cap. Hey Ellie you are full of it. How are you a therapist but dont know how half way houses work. They do raids in these type programs all of the time. you sound white and out of touch
