Fantastic experience: I felt compelled to write a review about this facility because I think their operations are top notch. I tore my left knee meniscus back in April of this year and had my meniscus repaired in late June. Since I am 40, this is not something surgeons normally do because of the high failure rate and extended recovery. I came to Novacare about 6 weeks after surgery and I have completed I believe 8 weeks of physical therapy with 4 more weeks. Prior to this, I had never in my life had joint pain or an injury that required physical therapy so I probably had a predisposed attitude that it was not necessary. Little did I know after 6 weeks in a straight leg brace my left leg was so week I could barely make it up stairs. Prior to this I was cycling regularly, deadlifting and squatting. When Novacare first tested my leg for strength it was shaking like a leaf. I have learned that joint issues take a long while to recover from as rebuilding the muscles is so huge. It is annoying going three days a week but Ethan, Rick and other staff have been great. This is saying a lot because they are super busy. I mean, I never see any physical therapist in the place get more than 3 minutes of breathing time as there is one patient after the other and after the other but they keep a positive attitude, very professional and very helpful. E-stim, massage, stretching, strength training, lateral muscle exercises and my favorite the freezie squeezie (compression Ice) which feels great on the joint. Anyway, gradually getting better and this place has made a huge difference. While I look foward to being done with physical therapy I am enjoying myself and can really see a big change in the way my leg is functioning. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Susan Facemire for pelvic floor therapy! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She treats you like a friend and makes PT enjoyable to go to! I would absolutely see her again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience here with Dr Facemire. She is very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all things pelvic floor. She always made me feel comfortable and explained things in a way I understood. I was given great tools to use at home and would definitely return if needed.

Fantastic experience: My pelvic floor physical therapist Susan Facemire did in 3 months what I spent years and countless medications, doctor visits, and even surgery to attempt to resolve. She is kind, compassionate, totally focused on you the patient, willing to listen, great communicator, and always took me 100% seriously. Thanks to her amazing work with me and continued care I am living pain free and I couldn’t be happier. She made the home exercises extremely manageable but also extremely effective and it was unlike any other experience with physical therapy I’ve ever had. If you’re on the fence, you will not be let down - I highly recommend you get in for a consultation with her!!
