Negative experience: It’s ridiculous how long they have you wait.

Positive experience: Was in for a drug test. The process was quick and staff was friendly and helpful. However, I had to wait for an hour and a half to get tested

Fantastic experience: The visit was required for a job. The staff was great! The time spent in clinic was less than an hour! I am impressed!

Fantastic experience: People are very polite and highly efficient, even when short staffed. I've been here many times for pre employment screens and D.O.T. physicals. Always a quick painless and pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very helpful and polite! Kid friendly and fast paced even though they were short staffed! One of the staff members even let me use her phone and helped with my child while I was getting my physical! They also have snacks, water and interesting programs playing on the tv in the waiting room.

Fantastic experience: This location and its staff that was on Wednesday 11/26/25 was amazing. I had called up and spoke with a lady 25 min before closing, I said I was on my way and would be there shortly, she didn’t tell me not to come, what she said was e mail the paperwork so it’ll be printed when I get there. I showed up with 15 min till closing the day before thanksgiving. They got me in and out in about 12 min. They did an awesome job taking care of me. They need a raise or a bonus or some sort of recognition.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived i was greeted and checked in immediately. There was snacks and water. It's a very welcoming environment. 20-30 minute wait which wasn't bad because they had a television with a interesting program on. I'll definitely recommend to a friend.

Negative experience: Service was very slow, doctors did not seem to have any idea as to what my issue was, nor any way to begin recovery, AND the lady on the phone when I called to ask questions was rude and gave me attitude. Would recommend going literally anywhere else

Negative experience: Pieces of trash upfront, lied about calling me and said my number was “disconnected” and when I asked to see the number I wrote down she said quote”we got rid of it” horrible as I waited an hour in my car, if you have the time go to another location.

Positive experience: Extremely extensive computer information that needed to be completed. Even after it was completed, it was still quite a wait to get the processes started in the back. The crew was fantastic! Very personal and knowledgeable. The only shortcoming was the initial paperwork and wait time. I would still recommend this facility and the team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Benson is a caring doctor he cares about you as a person not just another case as many places do the check in to the nurses to being treated they go out of there way I go there anytime I have a need they can do for sure . Great team at the Firestone in Akron one they Rick they are the best ever why I choose them to care for me

The staff went above and beyond, showing a willingness to help and making the whole process seamless and comfortable. Truly exceptional service keep up the work, ladies!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience at this location. Passed out giving blood the first day and then second day got the sweetest lady to draw my blood and did an amazing job.

Fantastic experience: This review is solely for the nurse, Shaunté. I had to get some blood work done due to an incident at work. Shaunté made me feel like I was family to her. She took very good care of me knowing I had terrible anxiety with needles and made the experience completely relaxed for me.

Fantastic experience: Went for a physical for work they got me in with no problems the doctor was great nurses were great … just and overall great experience!

Negative experience: The staff at this location other than the physicians were extremely unprofessional. The medical assistant in training and nurse I believe was unsure how to take my blood sample and sprayed it everywhere. In turn the sample was contaminated and was unable to be read in the end. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I’ve been waiting in the lobby for over a hour for a drug screen.

Fantastic experience: I was at this location for a DOT fizical exam , Staff was professional and courteous. They had me in and out in about an hour. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I did not go for medical services but a drug screening. I can speak to the high level of customer service the staff provided. I spoke with 3 different staff members and all were very pleasant. I was greeted by a nice woman, who I believed was named Siaunte. She gave me a warm welcome and found the answer to the question I had immediately. I also commend their communication system as they used earpieces to streamline my check out processes. Thanks again to the very efficient staff here

Negative experience: My wait time, as well as all others who were not there for Physical Therapy, was inexcusably long. Each of us were notified ( upon initial sign- in) that we would have a 2-3 hour wait time. Then after being called to the back for my pre employment screenings, the delays and confusion continued.

My results were returned in just 3 days allowing me to begin my employment very quickly. Thank you to all the staff

Negative experience: Your tech gave me observed test and breath test when sheet did not authorize such test. Should have never happened.

Positive experience: The wait was long, probably an hour and 45 minutes. I came the day before and they told me to come back the next day because it would have been twice as long. Thankful I did and I was expecting it to not be quick anyhow but they were fast and efficient once I got back there and very nice. I said this

Negative experience: Very long wait times anywhere from 2 to 3 hours, very busy, waited an hour to be put in a room wait 45mins in the room for them to check on me and tell me the person to do labs left and another hour and 15mins to see the dock

Negative experience: Staffing could not perform drawing blood. Took over three hours and I was second in line first thing in the morning. Then I was sent away to canton to get my blood drawn. Very nice staff but I missed a full day of work when it should have been 2 hours. In the past this place was fine, not the case now.

Positive experience: The staff was friendly and helpful but I had to wait 3hrs to be seen, then waited another 45mins to be seen by a doctor.

Fantastic experience: Would appear every time Im selected for a screening from work so is half the city of Akron but never spend more than hour there so guess they’re doing something right however I’m by the hour so…. Maybe encourage more breaks for mental health or whatever

Negative experience: Went for my DOT physical. I dropped a urine specimen that she tested with a strip and put to the side with the words “do not throw away” on. The next day I get a call from dispatch that they didn’t have my urine specimen. So they pulled me off of my route to go back. Big inconvenience. If you have other options go there.

Negative experience: My opinion is . Terrible service Not knowledgeable Their equipment could not link for simple drug test Over dramatically actions They seemed to be more about money then health services. They could not find my appointment. One girl looked like she went home crying And she worked their The right hand doesn't know what left is doing. Went back to get TB test read and I stood in waiting area while they had to look for paper work in computer. Since you asked my opinion he it is .

Negative experience: I got there at 8am right when they was opened. Went for a drug screen and physical. I didn't go pee prior as I needed to for my drug screen. There was 6 people in front of me and 8 people behind me. I waited over 2 hours for my physical and drug screen to be completed. This was even after telling staff I really had to use the bathroom and was holding it longer than I should have. Even the 8 people after me went before me. The need to be more organized.

Negative experience: WARNING: DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC WITH YOUR WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM! This facility is employer-friendly—they will side with your employer no matter how severe your injury is. They will delay, deny, and complicate your treatment and compensation, making it as difficult as possible for you to get the care you need. Your employer wants you to go here because they know this clinic will work against you. DO NOT FALL FOR IT! You have the legal right to choose your own doctor under workers' compensation. Do not let your employer pressure you into going here. Get an attorney immediately—you are going to need one. Protect yourself before it's too late!

Fantastic experience: I made the mistake of going to Akron. General emergency room, that was a nightmare. I spent 2 hours down there and got absolutely nothing accomplished. I turned around and went to concertra and 45 minutes I was done. Had medication I needed. And was back home shortly thereafter. Friendly staff. Everybody was very helpful, and,got me in and out and other patients as well. Everybody was moving through. Nobody sat around for too long, waiting. It was a very efficient place.

Negative experience: staff was nice. But I waited 5 hours for a drug test and physical. And a week prior I came up for the same thing and had to leave because the wait time was 4 1/2 hours
