Fantastic experience: I was greatly impressed with my first visit to this facility from the check-in process to the end and everything in between. The medical assistant, Elise was so sweet and very efficient. She did my vitals, got all of my meds and in general just made me feel comfortable in prepping me to see the doctor. Dr. Hoffman was very thorough and actually listened to me and talked to me, not at me. I have nothing at all negative to say about my first visit.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here, did my physical checkup with all lab test, blood drawn, just wanted to make sure everything is working okay…. Here is my issue, what is wrong with these people giving out negative reviews!?! I dont understand…First of all, Dr Chang was GREAT, accommodating, informative, the staff was AWESOME security was HELPFUL, parking was okay, (I brought my scooter)…. So I dont really understand where did all the hate and bad reviews come from, y’all probably went to a different clinic. Yes, there is a little bit of wait, that’s understandable because these people are human too, they need to eat, they need to take care of other people, they have work to do other than your headache or whatever and its still the pandemic ( sort of) so people are all still adjusting with the current situation.
