At Elite Therapy Services, we work with adults and children who - due to disabilities or complex medical conditions - need assistance in developing the kinds of everyday skills that allow them to function more independently

We aim to grow, learn and develop, just like the children we serve. Our experienced staff provides early intervention, home-based, school-based, and clinic-based services in Casper, Wyoming. Our team is dedicated to enriching the lives and bringing out the extraordinary in all the individuals we serve.

Through a variety of exercises and routines, and with a large measure of caring and compassion, we help clients build cognitive, social, developmental, and motor skills for a greater sense of independence.

We also provide home based, outpatient therapy services to the residents of Casper, WY and surrounding areas including, Mills, Evansville, and Bar Nunn, WY. Eligibility of home-based services depends on the client’s preference and not their diagnoses. Occupational and Speech therapy services can be provided in a day habilitation facility, assisted living facilities or any location most convenient to the client. In addition to our home-based services, we provide aquatic therapy sessions at local participating facilities for therapeutic benefit in a gravity eliminated environment.

The purpose of this facility is to provide clients with the necessary equipment and training required to improve physical function in a comfortable home like environment. We have three private treatment rooms as well as a fully functional gym with top of the line exercise machines, cardio equipment, and modalities to address strength and mobility deficits for the entire body. Our fitness equipment ranges for different levels of ability to fit the specific needs of the individual. 

The philosophy at this facility is built on the principle that children learn best through play. In our rich, therapeutic environment, children develop positive self-concepts, proactive communication skills, and a life-long love of learning through hands-on experiences. Children are encouraged to explore, invent, and discover logical paths to create meaningful experiences and their own unique understanding of the world. We value family traditions and family involvement in the ongoing education of young children. We believe in building a strong community through mutual respect, collaboration, understanding, and open communication.

At Elite Therapy we do not address one specific developmental area, but instead look at a child GLOBALLY (e.g., cognitive skills, language and communication, social-emotional skills, behavior, gross motor, fine motor, and self-help skills). Our team incorporates all the important work of occupational therapists (OT), speech and language pathologists (SLP), behavioral therapists (RBT) and other specialists (such as education or mental health) in their work with children to improve their functioning and relationships at home and at school. The Elite Therapy team focuses primarily on helping children learn how to stay engaged, to play with peers appropriately, develop their social-emotional capacities, and improve their communication skills. School-readiness skills can also be incorporated into therapy sessions. All of this is done primarily through PLAY!
