What began as a residency program in the 1970s has evolved into Casper’s largest staff of providers with the commitment to serve every resident of our community, regardless of ability to pay. Our mission is to increase Wyoming’s access to care, and through our staff of compassionate professionals, we’re realizing that mission, one appointment at a time.

After decades of promoting health to Casper residents and families, our staff and services continue to grow in order to better serve our patients’ needs. We proudly accept Medicare and Medicaid, and as a Federally Qualified Health Center, we’re able to offer a sliding fee scale as well as discounted pharmaceutical services. Everyone should be able to afford healthcare, regardless of your income, and this philosophy guides our practice and all of our providers.

We offer a wide range of services to patients of all ages and backgrounds. While we’ve always offered family health services, we’ve recently expanded into behavioral health, and we’re excited to continue to broaden our services, as the needs of our patients grow.
