Fantastic experience: I worked with Gary several times. Some for training to become more explosive and athletic, and for rehab when I had injuries. Gary is proficient in both skill sets, and enjoyed working with him very much. He’s a very kind individual, and I’d suggest him to anyone looking to gain strength, agility, or seeking rehab.
