The Promise Healthcare family of clinics provide primary care services matching patients with a provider who will develop a caring relationship with them, helping to treat both adult and pediatric patients on chronic and acute illness, behavioral health, dental services, wellness exams and prevention strategies, family planning, medication assistance, COVID Care and many other services.

Each clinic employs a team of professionals who coordinate care for each patient navigating outside testing and specialty referrals and working to be every patient’s medical home.

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we provide access to affordable, quality healthcare to Champaign, Urbana, Rantoul, Mahomet and all of Champaign County.

Access to healthcare is our mission. We accept most insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. A sliding fee scale is available and we treat anyone regardless of their ability to pay.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an emergency Dental appointment for my wisdom tooth. I was in so much pain that I couldn’t even sleep at night. I walked in there and was right out! Dr. Song made sure I was okay every step of the way. I wish i remembered the young lady name that was assisting him she was amazing. She didn’t make me feel bad for having a head full of braids! She was able to work around my hair and that’s very important to me :) EXTRACTION I felt nothing!!! I’m not even kidding! I didn’t even know he took the tooth out lol I have a low pain tolerance. That guy has amazing skills I didn’t really feel the needle either! Great dentist man. I called on a Friday and was able to be seen on Wednesday. They accept Medicaid as well! If you have a painful wisdom tooth I highly recommend coming here!! My wait was not long either great experience I love quick and EFFICIENT work! 10/10 keep up the good work. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Frances Nelson for several years. They’re always very kind and welcoming when I come in. Whether it’s for an appointment, paperwork, or blood work, I’m always greeted with friendly smiles! There are a handful of employees who always remember me and it makes my experience more enjoyable!
