Positive experience: The counselors are very helpful but I personally found the service from reception to be pretty bad. There could be better improvement in informing patients when the counselor is out sick (I never received one during my time with the center) and I believe it would be helpful if overall there was better service in greeting/scheduling appointments. The attitudes of many receptionists are rather nasty at times.
