Fantastic experience: An unfortunate accident led me to needing physiotherapy as part of my recovery. Like most people I wasn’t to thrilled, but it’s an essential element that’s important. The staff definitely helped me to change my mindset after my first visit. Positive atmosphere and great staff and as they’re aptly named Results, it’s what I was glad to get!

Janea has listened to my concerns and designed a program that is showing result and I can maintain.. I feel as if I am a part of the team not just a patient.. The Therapists, Assistants and Receptionist all work together to help me reach my goals. They are awesome.

Fantastic experience: Results PT made it possible for me to be pain free and be able to be active again! I've struggled for years with chronic lower back pain that really, really limited what activities I could do. And one small move the wrong way and I'd be back in bed. Shane was able to figure out the exact right PT plan for me to strengthen my back so I could prevent injuries. He was patient and very skilled in knowing how to get me back on track. Results PT had such a friendly feel to it. All the staff were so welcoming. I actually looked forward to going! I'd recommend Shane to all of my friends!

Fantastic experience: Janae Mays, my therapist over the last 7 weeks, has gotten me back to normal after injuring my piriformis ( large muscle that wraps around the butt). With sessions 2-3 times a week and home exercises she was able to alleviate all my pain. She has her doctorate in physical therapy, knows what she’s doing and was very nice to work with. I highly recommend Janea.

Fantastic experience: Before going to treatment I couldn’t lift my leg up to my knee to get my sock on and had to have my wife help me. Jordan listened to my issues on the first day and together, we came up with a plan. What impressed me the most was throughout the entire time, Jordan and the team made sure that I not just was getting treatment, but that I understood the underlying issues AND what was needed OUTSIDE of my visits to keep progress going. Not only did I regain my flexibility, but I’ve been able to strengthen the other muscles that led to it and have regained the ability to be active again. After 3 months of physical therapy I feel better than I have in years. The staff is very knowledgeable and maintain a very positive and encouraging environment. Fantastic experience: Came in as an avid volleyball player with issues of muscle ache and uncomfortableness in my knees. After an initial assessment Jordan was able to pinpoint weakness in the glutes and thighs that were causing extra stress in my legs that was starting to compound. After only 5 sessions and some at home stretches I already greatly reduced the amount of problems I was experiencing. Following that I was provided some at home workouts to incorporate into my schedule and I was out the door with a game plan to utilize and an open invitation to come back if they ever resurfaced. Very clear and concise assessments followed with great knowledge in ways to treat them made the process so much easier. I would have walked away thinking I have an issue with my knee tendons and would have probably eventually had one if not for their help.

Fantastic experience: Forearm pain gone and function back! Incredible people and incredible results. Was diagnosed with tennis elbow after struggling for a few months - arm pain, unable to lift everyday objects, losing the ability to grip, etc. Dr. Jordan assessed my injury, explained my condition, and started treatment. Physical therapy is amazingly effective and I’m back to normal with no limitations! Highly recommend Results Physiotherapy!

Fantastic experience: I’m a guy in my mid twenties who lifts and has developed muscular issues and sharp pain in my mid to upper back. They were able to help me rehab and strengthen my muscles. I’m now operating at a much lower level of discomfort and an improved range of motion. They were always willing to explain exactly what they were doing and working on and have helped me get back in the gym

Fantastic experience: I came to see Jordan and his team because after over a decade of working in an office, my back and muscles around my tailbone were absolutely demolished. I was in such chronic pain, that some days just existing was nearly intolerable. I couldn't stand for long periods of time without immense pain, and thanks to the tailbone area getting worse, sitting was no longer a viable option either. I went so far as to restrict travel and decline big events because of the pain. We worked together on a very customized, focused regimen targeting specific muscles for strength and flexibility. Jordan was great about educating me on musculature and how certain groups can affect other groups. As weeks passed, the regimen also evolved to maximize strength gains. After maybe 12 weeks... I feel better than I have since my early 20's, maybe even since I was a teenager. My back still has residual discomfort, but nowhere even close to what it was. I'm able to travel, I'm more active, I'm less depressed, because I'm not constantly dealing with relentless pain. There have been several points in my life, especially recently, that I felt hopeless for the future because my pain just wasn't subsiding. Now, things are looking so much brighter. I told Jordan that I owe him, personally owe him for what I consider to be a miracle in my life. If you are on the fence about PT, or skeptical of it's efficacy to treat real pain, do yourself a huge favor and just try it, and try it here, at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I attended 11 PT sessions over 7 weeks recently for back pain and trapped nerves. The team at Results were amazing. I received dedicated care from Jordan and Lauren and they built a home PT regime for me. Almost 6 weeks later and having stuck to the home exercises, my pain level is at a zero!! I haven’t needed to go back to see them yet! And with the progress I have been able to make with them setting the plan in place, I hopefully won’t need to for a long time. They also made the visits very easy and actually fun, with their approach. It is quite enjoyable going to see them knowing that they get results and set me up to maintain progress at home. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I first saw Jordan back in November when I had an acute lower back/gluteal pain and we quickly found out how messed up my back truly was. Over the next 8 months, I wasn’t prepared for how much improvement was really possible. I had an injury back in 2012 that was clearly catching up to me now and Jordan not only helped me in the clinic feel better every week, but gave me the tools to help myself at home too. I can truly say most of my days are pain free now and I wouldn’t be able to accomplish that without everyone at results PT’s help. I came here a few months ago with a debilitating concussion; I was experiencing dizziness, brain fog, exhaustion, head pain, neck pain, etc. Thankfully, I found this practice through a friend who had a wonderful experience at Results PT for a concussion. In my time at Results PT, I have discovered a highly qualified, uniquely gifted, intensely curious, tremendously patient staff who worked with me in so many different ways until I began to experience relief. Fantastic experience: Jordan and the entire team there are fantastic. I had severe numbness and tingling in my hand, and pain up to my shoulder. I had been told that I would likely need another surgery. After working with them for two months, the numbness and tingling is 100% gone. So impressed with their professionalism and dedication to healing their patients. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: A great place. Came in with neck pain and shoulder stiffness that originally came from a childhood surgery, but exacerbated with hunching over a computer all day. After an initial assessment with Jordan, who was able to pinpoint the exact muscles and tendon that were causing problems, we started on a 6 week PT course. By the end, I had a range of exercises I could do, no pain in my neck, and the confidence that I could keep it that way with regular exercise. In addition, the staff here are amazing. Nancy was always quick with a greeting, Jordan with an interesting fact, and the whiteboard with weekly brain teasers. Everyone here was very friendly. They were also reasonable with how often I should be doing exercises, and respecting my limits while praising my growth. Overall felt very cared for.

Fantastic experience: Jordan and his team are caring and great. I came here twice. The first time they treated me was for a pain that ran from my neck to my jaw and head on one side of my face. They worked through every possible factor including my spine. I felt better in just a few weeks. I came back another time from a dance injury when I rolled on my neck and was in a lot of pain. Jordan worked carefully to bring my pain levels down within a couple of weeks. And him and his team taught me many great tips and exercises that allow me to continue dancing. Jordan has great communication and always explained what he was doing and why, which I appreciated. The team is very knowledgeable and caring, and I left with confidence in the tools they've given me to continue taking care of my neck. I'm so appreciative of their hard work and dedication.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about this location. I started at the other location in Cary, and I am so glad that I switched over. This clinic's atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, and I never had a wait. I worked with Caroline. She is fantastic--she listened well, she always came up with customized and individualized exercises/suggestions for me, and she is just an overall pleasant human being. She is also extremely knowledgable and resourceful. You can tell Jordan, the Clinical Director, sets the tone for the office. In fact, when my husband had an issue with his shoulder and knee, I knew to send him to Jordan. He is extremely affable and knows his stuff for sure! Though she is no longer working the front desk, Nancy is amazing!! I would not hesitate to return here if any other PT issues arise. 5 stars for sure.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Jordan and all of the staff at Results Physiotherapy East Cary! I have been going for PT for the past 4 months for 2 different issues-first, post meniscus surgery on my left knee and then impingement in my right shoulder. The improvement with both has been amazing! I’m back to power walking and have full range of motion in my shoulder. So thankful to have found such a great team to help in my recovery. Fantastic experience: Results Physiotherapy was a lifesaver for me!! In May I began having migraines that were debilitating to the point of hospital visits and extreme 12/10 pain. No traditional migraine medications or pain killers helped at all. I was unable to go anywhere or do anything as they would occur 3-5+ times a week, sometimes three times in less than 24 hours. Desperate for relief, I reached out to a neurologist, who could not get me in for an appointment until the end of August and I had a life to lead. I recognized that my migraines were starting in the back of my head and there was neck pain, stiffness, and shooting nerve pain that was triggering them. In doing some research I read that Physical Therapy could help and it's covered by my insurance. At Results Physiotherapy I did not even need a referral with my PPO plan!! I reached out to Results Physiotherapy by message the first weekend in July. They not only contacted me first thing Monday morning, but they had me in for my first appointment that afternoon; followed by two more appointments that same week!! Jordan and the team at Results are amazing and really care about getting you better quickly so you can live life pain free again. In addition to visits at the clinic, you are given stretches and exercises to do at home that aid your recovery as well as help you regain strength. After 6 weeks I was feeling much better; I was able to go back to college and work. After 7 weeks I was seeing the team for the last time and had been migraine-free for over a month, without ever seeing a neurologist. Thank you for everything Results Physiotherapy!!!!

Fantastic experience: I rarely ever leave public reviews, but I felt it was worth it in this case because of just how great it was for me, and I want others to know that miracle workers exist in this office. I came in with severe recurring left shoulder pain—the kind where it hurt to put on a shirt or just lift something sort of heavy like a gallon of milk. After two months of treatments in office and regularly doing the assigned exercises at home (and you really do need to do them for success!), I have FULL mobility and strength back in my shoulder. I am truly grateful to Jordan and his team. Not only are they great at what they do, but they're super nice and fun to talk to while doing it, so I actually always looked forward to my appointments, which is a real rarity in healthcare.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I came in with back pain and with the goal to hike the Appalachian Trail. I started off with exercises that targeted the back pain and then slowly transitioned into workouts that would get me ready to hike the AT. I was doing Tabata and Circuit workouts. Fantastic experience: Jordan and the team at Results East Cary are amazing! I have suffered from severe AVN in my left hip joint for 30+ years; as it was time to think about getting my hip replaced my Dr. suggested that I start PT before the surgery to build up some strength. Jordan set me up with an exercise routine that got me ready for surgery. Two days after hip replacement surgery I hobbled back in there with my walker; Jordan got right to work and got me up and moving! Within 2 weeks I was able to ditch the walker and use a cane; 6 weeks post surgery and no walking aid needed! Not only is he knowledgeable about how the body moves, Jordan is genuinely a kind and fun person to be around. He really cares about his patients and it shows!

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement in August. The surgery went good but my PT at the Results on Cary Towne Blvd was great. They made me work hard which paid off. I completed my needed PT sessions in 7 weeks. I have a full range of motion in my knee, and feel great. I am walking an hour a day now, and continue to add distance. I plan to have my other knee replaced soon and will be using Results PT again.

Fantastic experience: Mr doctor recommended this place since I was having shooting leg pain and walking was very difficult. Jordan was great, took the time to understand the situation, and started me off with what I could do. We added more as I got better, but always within the realm of possible. I did the home exercises, got more flexibility in my back, stronger core and hip. I'm pain free and back to life. Yes Jordan, I'm still doing the home strength routine to keep that going

He did a careful evaluation of my range of motion and strength and we started on a great care plan. Each visit we talked about my progress and Jordan re-evaluated my needs and gave me new or modified exercises. I made great progress and this morning I went out on my stand-up paddle board. This is just 3 months after the knee replacement! Amazing! Jordan is the best. His highly skilled approach is great and the facility and staff are wonderful! Highly recommend!

Jordan is a very experienced therapist who cares about all of his patients and made sure that all my worries and concerns were taken care of! Positive experience: I am over 50 and I was having a lot of lower back pain and stiffness for a couple of years. But it started to progress. My doctor advised me to try physical therapy. I was referred to Results Physiotherapy in East Cary. I worked with my Physical Therapists with strengthening exercises 2-3 visit for about 6 weeks and my pain was relive and l was able to have better mobility and l am so glad that I went. I have stretching exercises that l have incorporated into my daily routine. I admit in the beginning it was a little tough. But my physical therapist continue to work on those areas that needed to be loosen up. After each visit l can feel the difference and improvement. I had a great experience. I learned a lot. The East Cary office is very friendly, professional and relaxing environment. I recommend trying this of for your Physical Therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: This clinic while smaller than the one I started sessions, the service was top notched and the equipment was great. Loved it! Jordan Wright worked miracles. I couldn’t hold on to anything because of numbness in my hands. At the end 99% of the numbness was gone. My back and knees where in so much pain I couldn’t climb stairs or even walk without pain. When Jordan started with my back he couldn’t touch it without me jumping off the table. At the end the pain was gone. I could walk up stairs, lift boxes with no pain. Due to aging and my Military career, I recently had a surgery that resulted in some mobility issues. I had resigned myself to “adapting” to my situation when I found Doctor Britton Keith at Results Physiotherapy, Cary – East. After working with Doc Keith for just a short period of time – the results were AMAZING!! I have regained a large percentage of the range of motion that I thought was gone for good – and I am now confident that I will regain 100% of that range of motion! Doc Keith is knowledgeable, patient, and has actively sought feedback from me to create a healing “Partnership” between us. Please DO NOT accept limited mobility resulting from an injury as a “given” until you work with Doc Keith!

Fantastic experience: I came here for back pain due to my hyperlordosis in my lower back. I was not able to lay for longer than 6 hours or stand for an extended period of time without pain for years, but, thanks to Jordan Wright, and the treatment he assigned me, I am doing a lot better! I was hurting for over a year and tried various therapies but i could not get relief! I finally decided to try Results PT and that was the best decision I have ever made ! Fantastic experience: I first went to Results Physiotherapy after a recommendation from my primary care. I originally went in to work on some shoulder pain I had from an injury years ago and my PT, Jordan Wright, was able to walk me through the source of the issue as well as set a plan to help. After a couple months I was able to get back to full use of my shoulder and it is now pain free. At my last visit for my shoulder I spoke briefly about my back and lower body issues to get some insight before I left, at this time I thought I need a referral. Jordan explained some potential causes, some ways to help as well as not needing a referral from my doctor so I was able to continue going to work on my back and lower body as well by the time! By the time I had finished I was able to get back full use of my shoulder with no pain as well as squat, deadlift, and lunges without pain to my back! I would strongly recommend visiting for any one with concerns about body aches or pain.

Fantastic experience: Therapist Jordan Wright is an amazingly talented practitioner and was able to get me shoulder, arm, and leg back into shape after unfortunate injuries. The therapists and technicians are well trained in physiology so they understand and treat the core of the problem, not just the symptoms. The practice is easily accessible and well managed with personalized and friendly service. I am thrilled with my results and while I don’t envision a return for PT, I will definitely do so should the need arise!

Fantastic experience: All the sitting during Covid for my computer based job caused my lower back to lock up and I could barely move. I knew pain medicine alone was not the answer - PT was! Fantastic experience: I am 85 years of age and was referred to RPC due to balance issues caused by a botched catarac surgery. Very good results as I needed to strengthen selected body muscles to prevent falling. My second referral was for sciatica as well as pain in both hamstrings and my hips. Fantastic experience: It doesn’t get better than Jordan! Jordan worked with my son and helped him make amazing progress quickly. Not only is Jordan extremely knowledgeable, but he took the time and effort to get to know my son and his interests so he could build rapport and trust with him. He made therapy fun to keep him engaged. Working with kids isn’t easy, and Jordan excelled in every area. Would highly recommend him to everyone. Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience at Results Physiotherapy for the past month. I was referred here by my doctor when I mentioned my shin splints that have prevented me from doing Zumba. I noticed right away how clean the establishment is and the extremely friendly staff. I have had the amazing opportunity to work with Jordan Wright who is very knowledgeable and has helped me strengthen my legs. I’ve made a huge improvement and wish I did this earlier. I would recommend Results Physiotherapy of Cary who may be in pain and wants to start feeling better.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but high praise for Results Physiotherapy. I hobbled in with extreme knee pain and after an assessment and a therapy plan I have worked with Jordan Wright for about four months. He has encouraged me and definitely improved my knee issues with excellent therapy. I can now live my normal life, greatly improved. I have gone to both the Cary facility and the East Cary facility. Everyone at both facilities are very nice, friendly and they all seem to enjoy what they are doing. Highly recommend.
