Fantastic experience: I had an injury while playing for the Illini Football team. Doug, Sue and the whole Personal Performance team helped nurse me back together and I became bigger, stronger, faster than I had ever been before. I will never forget the hospitality and care I received and have recommended anyone I can to go see them for personal training and rehabilitation from injury. Extremely personable, practical, knowledgeable and effective!
