Fantastic experience: Destiny Burns is my angel of hope! I’d been seen here before after having ACDF with Dr, Mathur and everyone here is excellent. But I recently started PT again after getting diagnosed with cervical dystonia. Just as I thought things were hopeless and I was doomed to be in pain for the rest of my life or have Botox injections, I found Destiny! She is an absolute pro and just a wonderful and caring person in general! Destiny is incredibly skilled at dry needling and really worked to understand my condition. The dry needling in combination with specialized PT including sensory tricks and stretching, she is the first person to truly give me hope and relief! I can walk in with my head severely tilted and turned to the left with my left shoulder shrugged so much that my ear is touching my shoulder and I can walk out with my shoulder down 80% and my head almost straight! Incredible relief and her treatment had literally made me feel that I can live a better quality of life. Her partner David is great too. I’m so thankful for this team and to get this much relief for a painful and chronic disease is priceless!

Fantastic experience: I've used Cary Orthopaedics physical therapy twice. Once 3yrs ago and recently 5wks ago. Both experiences were super. My recent visit with Taren Vaughn was amazing. Her massaging technique on my tendonitis foot enable me to walk with balance and little pain. Their exercise programs are doable at home too. I'm 76 yrs young again!!

Fantastic experience: David Little is a very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive physical therapist. I don’t feel like I’m getting “cookie cutter” style PT. He answers my questions and gives me suggestions on ways to improve. He can push me when I need it but, it is always with just the right amount of humor and toughness.

Fantastic experience: Tomasz is great to work with. Recovery from 2 TKRs (one in Feb and one in Aug) is a long process and PT is a huge part of it. Tomasz listens to me and answers all my questions. He is always encouraging and makes recommendations on ways to improve.

Good thing I didn't bet that he was wrong, because after 2 months of collaborating with him, the pain did go away. Professional. A good listener. Tailors therapy to each individual patient. Fantastic experience: I broke both my elbows in a bad bike accident and had ORIF surgery which left me incredibly stiff and unable to use my right arm. Enter Sarah R, my wonderful OT. I was an emotional wreck and scared I would never recover as I started with only 20 degrees ROM (flex/ext). Sarah quickly helped me get in the right mindset for recovery, created a plan, and motivated me to push myself. She matched my determination, regularly spending additional time with me to ensure I hit my goals. She always answered all my questions and never let me believe that I couldn't get back to normal. I've gained about 90-95% of the ROM I initially lost and am still climbing. Highly recommend Sarah at Cary Ortho!

Fantastic experience: I was sent to physical therapy for peripheral neuropathy and possible back problem issues causing or contributing to that problem. I had my first visit today. The Physical Therapist I had was awesome! He warned me that he had a lot of questions to ask to allow him to get a picture of what is going on with me. Besides the peripheral neuropathy issue, I fell a week ago. Everything was fine the first few days after the fall. But then I started having low back and left hip pain. He explained that we will have to go slow so as not to irritate the injury from the fall. He had me do different things to check movement, balance, and sensation. I was very comfortable with his questioning and very confident in his recommendations. I would definitely recommend Cary Orthopaedics Physical Therapy to any and all who need therapy!

Fantastic experience: I had my first out patient therapy at Cary Orthopedics with Chris. Even though it hurt (it's suppose too), he was very patient, explained the whys and the hows on what I am suppose to do to get full range of motion in my knee. I highly recommend this physical therapy and Chris. I rate him a 10+,

After 5 frustrating months with my knee injury and 5 weeks out of surgery I finally feel I am going to walk normally again and probably even hike again. David has been terrific and I have always understood exactly where I was on my surgery recovery schedule. Lots of hard work ahead but I understand how and when it is going to happen for me.

Fantastic experience: After a meniscus tear surgery I began physical therapy with Ms Bartol. I was struck by how quickly she appraised my condition and so happy that she took the time to explain my injury and a course of action to improve my movement and strength. She’s was patient and kind and I’m improving every week. I would highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: The Cary Orthopedics have some of the most caring PTs I have met, and they make you feel welcomed. My primary PT is Michael Johnson and he has a great charismatic attitude. Unlike my previous PT, he asks how my knee is doing every single time I go there for my appointments. He makes sure that I am receiving the best treatment and works hard to ensure that I will make a full recovery. Because my condition is chronic, I have yet to experience any differences but I am confident that with his help, I will. I definitely recommend Cary Orthopedics to everyone looking for physical therapy. They genuinely have one of the nicest and understand teams I’ve encountered.

I appreciate his patience in ensuring I was not overdoing it during each session. He was especially interested in my pain during the healing process and adjusted my therapy when needed on difficult days. I also observed other Therapist and found them to be very friendly and professional with their patients. I've worked with Marc, David, and Jason and have received excellent care - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate with just the right amount of "push" for the best possible outcome. Fantastic experience: My son had a really good visit. Aerik had worked with my son last year and remembered him. Having that connection really helped my son feel comfortable and give him the confidence to really share how much pain he was in. The therapist did a great job of calling in a doctor when he saw that things may not be just the same issues before. My son is on a new regimen, new exercises, new therapies, and hopefully on the road to recovery. Appreciated all the Covid safety measures that were put in place including the waiting room.

Fantastic experience: My 1st session with Arek today was very helpful. He listened to my experiences with back pain and wasted no time explaining my condition and why it causes me pain. I'm convinced he was designing exercises just for me and my specific problem which hopefully will relieve my pain and help me control symptoms. That goes a long way in my evaluation of a physical therapist! I've always had positive results with treatment at Cary Orthopedics and I would recommend them and Arek without hesitancy.
