Cheyenne Physical Therapy Clinic located in downtown. Highest trained physical therapists offer individualized comprehensive physical therapy for spine (neck and back pain), shoulder, knee, hip, ankle, and elbow injuries. Rehabilitation services at Physio Sport and Spine help you get back to where you want to be without wasting your time or money.

Physical Therapy visits initially are one hour and are continued with the same physical therapist each time. Each visit we spend the necessary time with you to let you tell your story. This gives the clinician the opportunity to fully understand you and to develop a comprehensive treatment each session with the specific factors and goals that matter to you. We are invested in you and getting you back to living your active life. That way you don't feel like "just another..."

The Doctors of Physical Therapy here constantly update their knowledge to provide the most current treatment for musculoskeletal conditions based on medical literature. Our therapists have extended their education beyond the typical physical therapy model. They have pursued orthopedic specialties, certified strengthening certificates and fellowship training in orthopedic and manual physical therapy This places them amongst the top 2% physical therapists nationwide to meet this distinction.

We don't waste your time with appointments you don't need. We can minimize the amount of time and money spent in the clinic by seeing you as you need to be seen because we care about you and your time. Follow-ups can also be provided for accountability using online telecommunication towards keeping the goals established by the patient. Fantastic experience: Wow, Jamie has been amazing! I started PT with her after a trimalleolar fracture. Non weight bearing for almost two months, and she has been diligent and caring in her approach to getting me back to doing the things I love! I was broken, and she was there for me both physically and emotionally in the healing process. I have the highest regard for Jamie, and recommend her wholeheartedly to those who need the very best PT to get back to life in the fullest!

Fantastic experience: Jamie Everett of PhysioSportsSpine physical therapy did an outstanding job in programming my legs for both strength and stability!  She did a beautiful job of carefully adding exercises while encouraging me, yet not pushing beyond what I could tolerate.  I am and will be using her exercises at home longterm. Jamie’s delightful personality and thoughtfulness made the sessions pleasant and special.  I highly recommended her to others who want success with an outstanding physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: The PTs at this place are truly amazing. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable and take the time to make a plan specific to your needs! My mom goes here for strength, balance and dizzy spells. My daughter goes for pain from scoliosis and feeling so much better. I started going here 2 years ago for shoulder pain and and after surgery care. I progressed through therapy and instead of just signing me off and sending me on my way they have a unique option to continue coming to a PT lead work out class with others seeking similar goals. They are great at making modifications if needed and helping you reach your own personal goals. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing therapy! All of the therapists here are phenomenal and will do their best to get you back to your best life!! Thank you for all you do for my family!

Fantastic experience: Aug 2022 - I am a stem cell transplant recipient and the pandemic started 7 months into my recovery - one week after I was allowed to move back home. Due to my compromised immune system, I have to be extremely careful in public spaces, wear a mask, and socially distance. My response continues to be to isolate in my basement and only go out for my cancer clinic visits in Denver. As a result of isolation, I could not go to the gym or receive physical therapy. Jamie and the staff at Physio Sport & Spine came up with a plan where I can safely get the help I need after 2 1/2 years of being inactive. Jamie continues to research my various problems and offer solutions to improve my physical condition. This is by far the best physical therapy clinic I've ever worked with. I feel safe, Jamie listens to my body and my concerns, and I am making slow, steady progress to regain my mobility.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jamie is absolutely amazing. I have had a couple of significant problems that a very good massage therapist and doctors have not known what to do with (other than sending me to Jamie) and Jamie has worked all of it out for me! One was a shoulder issue, and two have been hip issues that she took care of. Very detailed and learns the issue with the patient’s body before she begins any treatment.
