The staff at Polaris takes great care of my family member. They are extremely attentive and supportive of myself and of them. They are making so many amazing changes to the facility. If you have left a bad review on this website recently, you obviously have not spent enough time there to get know the staff and to notice the amazing internal updates the they are making to their community. Thank you to the staff for making such a difficult transition for my family member and myself such a great experience. I will be forever grateful for your caring and compassionate ways.

Fantastic experience: My mom did not start out a year ago at Polaris but I wish she had. The staff and management have been a blessing. I never want my mom in a nursing facility but I am so thankful for everyone at Polaris. Thank you James and all your hard working staff.
