Inspire Physical Therapy - Chico

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Inspire Physical Therapy, especially Alan. I had shoulder pain that was so bad I thought I might need surgery. My mobility was very limited and if I bumped my arm against something it almost brought me to tears. I was scrolling Instagram one day and saw an ad for Inspire. In the ad video Alan talked about shoulder pain and how he could help. I called and made the appointment. He was so knowledgeable and I felt confident he could help me. And he did. He would listen to my concerns, work my shoulder and show me exercises to do at home. Alan gave me a very personalized plan based on my concerns and goals. He also set me up with a handy app that has my exercises and billing info in it. What amazed me most was that I felt way better after my first appointment. I can now raise my arm above my head without pain and I don’t have anymore pain when I bump my arm on something. I am giving Inspire Physical Therapy 5 stars because my experience was exceptional and they have earned it!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Alan by a friend after spending a good chunk of time and money an another PT without seeing any progress. Alan was able to pin point the problem and help me correct it. After the first week I saw big improvements. After a few few weeks I was able to get back into my usual routine without any pain.

Fantastic experience: Chelsea helped me so much with my various issues. I loved being able to look back at videos she took for each exercise to make sure I was doing them correctly. She was also really easy to talk to, and she always made sure to check in a few days after each appointment to see how the exercises were going. The facility was great, and I will definitely be back in the future!

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of receiving therapy from both Chelsea and Alan. They're both extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Due to the physical nature of my job, I am occasionally met with some injuries and strains. But I can confidently say that Inspire PT is the place you'll want to visit if you need taken care of. Not only were my body's ailments taken care of but I gained the knowledge and info from my sessions on how to combat and prevent the problems from coming back. AGAIN... this is the place to be if you're looking for quality 1 on 1 professional therapy!

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable and personable! I look forward to my PT sessions at Inspire because I know I will not only receive the help my body needs, but I will always be greeted with warm smiles. My PT sessions are always exactly what my body needs and they’re often difficult, but Alan and Chelsea are both so nice and funny that they make it enjoyable. Would recommend everyone to go here for your PT needs.
