Working with Lindsey as a health coach, has given me a deeper understanding of my body. Her gentle approach and vast knowledge helped to lead me to a true willingness to explore options for health improvement. She helped me to see that small consistent changes can offer big rewards!!! She helped me to eliminate significant pain from inflammation, and to identify foods that triggered indigestion. Her suggestions and gifts continue to support me on my journey of self-discovery! As a Health Coach, Lindsey was an excellent listener and redirector when I got off track of the topic at hand. She is smart, funny and was committed to finding what would work for me. During the program I lost five pounds and increased my energy and productive time by 30%. The program allowed me to find the root of my eating patterns. Now I feel I can understand and address my eating patterns, rather than letting them control me.

Lindsey is knowledgeable about good nutrition and healthy food. She's cheerful, patient, willing to tackle difficult or controversial subjects with humility and kindness, generous and willing to admit she doesn’t have an answer to a question but will research it. She follows through on what she promises to do, provides verbal and written encouragement, is organized, and is genuinely concerned for the well-being of her clients.

Fantastic experience: Lindsey is a wonderfully skilled and intuitive massage therapist and health coach. She is methodical, mindful and very knowledgeable, plus she is very conscientious and good-hearted. I always feel so much better after my sessions with her. I'm certain that her bodywork is helping me stay active and healthy.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pernell Wellness for a few years now. I have been to other places for massages in the past, and Lindsay gives the best massage by far. She gives the perfect massage taking all my needs into consideration (areas to concentrate on, areas that may be tender, level of pressure, smell preferences, etc.). Her office is relaxing and inviting, as is her personality. Lindsay is a joy to be around and makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Pernell Wellness!!

Fantastic experience: I truly appreciate Lindsey's kindness and professionalism. She has remarkable knowledge of and expertise in health, wellness, and massage. She is responsive to questions and concerns. Lindsey individualizes her treatment to the needs of her client. She has created a quiet atmosphere that promotes relaxation, comfort and trust. Positive experience: Lindsey is amazingly gifted. Her movements seem intuitive and well-informed at the same time. When she's working on me I often get strong feelings of goodwill - not only is my body refreshed and blessed but my mind is as well. Afterwards, I have a stronger range of motion and a general sense of well-being. I can't say enough about how much I benefit from her massage techniques. Seeing her is one of the very best things I can do for myself!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been very pleased with the massage work I’ve has with Lindsey. Her office is welcoming, conveniently located and she always runs on time. Lindsey is able to remember details and areas where I need work, resulting in significant progress in my tight muscles and sore back. She is willing to spend time teaching me about the source of my pain, and suggest work I can do myself between appointments. After each visit I’m always left feeling like that was the best massage I’ve ever had... until next time! I highly recommend Lindsey Pernell.
