Each patient's diagnosis is different, so together with your referring physician, your therapist will develop a plan of care that is right for you. Your plan of care and number of visits will be determined during your first visit and explained to you by your physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Jacob PT,DPT of MVPT worked with me as my physical therapist. In 2 weeks I saw such an improvement in the pain & mobility of my neck, shoulder & arm. She was very helpful with all my questions as well as being patient, kind and considerate! I felt I had the best care with her and the other staff members. The staff is friendly, kind & so helpful!!! I highly recommend the East Longmeadow facility & their caring staff!!!!! ????????

Fantastic experience: Sarah did an amazing job with my 3 month old daughter helping to treat Torticollis. She favored her right side since birth which was causing her left side to become inflamed and after just over a month or so of therapy she now favors both sides equally! Sarah was always patient and gentle with her which helped her get through the movements each week with ease, thank you!

Fantastic experience: MVPT is a great place for physical therapy. My daughter went to see Sarah and she absolutely loves her. She's very sweet, super helpful, caring, and clearly loves what she does. I recommend MVPT because the therapists there truly care about their patient's recovery. My daughter looks forward to going every week.

Fantastic experience: Sarah Jacob is awesome! I went to MVPT Physical Therapy in East Longmeadow for my twisted ankle, and she is not only knowledgeable about the exercises that were right for me, but she listened to my specific needs and catered to them every step of the way. She is also super friendly and kind which goes a long way. I actually looked forward to every one of my visits, and it was bittersweet when I didn't need to go anymore. The entire staff that I interacted with there were also very nice and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: I bring my elderly mother for therapy and she really enjoys it. The therapist, Bob & Sarah, are excellent with her. Best idea ever to come to outpatient than do at home. Very professional staff. New setting is bright and cheerful. Enjoy chatting with other participants & family. Would recommend to anyone needing PT.
