Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group: Chicopee

Fantastic experience: I have not been having good luck seeing eye to eye with a doctor I was given after my primary care retired. But after a recent hospital stay, I had to see a primary care so I asked to be switched. And boy did I hit the jackpot. Dr. Hammad Kurshid Bhatti is the most thoughtful and caring doctor I have ever had.. He spent forty five minutes with myself and my husband explaining things that happened in the hospital and that are happening now. He answered every single question that we asked. He was totally amazing and I thank him so much. Now I don't have to make up an excuse not to see a doctor because I really have one of the best. I am so grateful that Trinity finally got a truly wonderful caring doctor to take care of people.

Positive experience: Trying to get an appt is so difficult!! It always takes from 30-60 mins waiting on hold for someone to pick up. And the my chart app is a nightmare!! If you can login. The doctors & staff are great 80% of the time.

Positive experience: Calling to schedule an appointment is a nightmare…if you call, the automated system informs you of the “Mychart” app, you can schedule an appointment and do other stuff. The app never finds me a date and time for an appointment so I end up calling and everyone who goes to Trinity Health knows these calls are usually 25 to 35 minutes on hold until someone finally answers. Besides all this, the staff is professional and helpful. My Dr./team are all awesome.
