Dr. Azimov has been serving Western Massachusetts since 2005 providing musculoskeletal and spinecare, with an interest in spinal injections and non-surgical treatment.

Physical medicine and rehabilitation, also known as physiatry, is a branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to people with physical impairments or disabilities.

As a board-certified physiatrist, Dr. Azimov has been serving the community of Western Massachusetts since 2005. He provides musculoskeletal and spine care, with a special interest in spinal injections and non-surgical treatment options to reduce pain andrestore function.

Dr. Azimov attended Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, followed by residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of PennsylvaniaHospital. He is currently certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Azimov diagnoses and treats both acute pain and chronic pain and provides non-surgical treatments for patients suffering a wide range of conditions impacting the lower back and neck.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very kind, considerate, very helpful and thorough. Dr. Azimov has relieved all of my Sciatic nerve pain with steroid injections and medication, natural supplement for swelling.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Azimov is the best doctor out there to help when you have back issues. I've had I think 5 back surgeries and he always knows how long he can treat me before it's time for surgery. He also recommends the top neurosurgeon in the area. His staff are pleasant and happy to see you. He got me from being partially put under to do cortisone shots to doing them in his office without anything other than the numbing medication. One of the best doctors ever.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Azimov is an amazing, kind, compassionate & extremely skilled doctor! He has made such a difference in my father's life in reducing some of his severe chronic pain. He treats my father with respect & compassion and always answers all of our questions/concerns. He never rushes us through anything appointment and he is always as accommodating as possible with appointments. We feel very lucky to have found a doctor like Dr. Azimov and will continue to see him for the foreseeable future!
