Positive experience: Went in early 2020 and had a great experience. Went back in 2025 and had a good experience. All of the therapists are competent, but I got shuffled between 4 different ones. They often double book and no longer have assistants for that situation. In 2020, they ended sessions with heat therapy, which was really nice. That is no longer offered

Fantastic experience: I worked with Marissa at Results Physiotherapy. She was able to help me wish my positional vestibular vertigo. She also worked on strengthening my muscles to help with my balance. I highly recommend Marissa and Results.

Negative experience: Victoria at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me and belittled me because I could not make my appointment. I told her I had work today, and and then she just proceeded to be rude and then hung up the phone... Very unprofessional, she didn't ask if I needed to reschedule or what my circumstances were you...

Fantastic experience: Andrew is amazing! I had shoulder pain and he helped me learn how to work it to lose the pain 100%. He thought me all the exercises I needed so I don’t have to spend money when we are done. Now I can say that any time I have a reoccurring shoulder pain, I can do the exercises at home and be done with it. I will go see him for sports physiotherapy to help me prepare for a half marathon. Andrew is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Joe and Doctor Nancy are both amazing. Not only are they skilled PTs but they strike up conversation and clearly care about their patients. Hopefully I won't sprain my ankle again but if I do I'll go here. My only complaint is that the stripey chairs in the waiting room are not comfortable.

Fantastic experience: About 11 weeks prior to writing this review I injured a disc in my neck while on a cruise. I went to the urgent care in Miami when my cruise returned, and then twice to the ER in the WakeMed system, and lastly to the Orthopedic Urgent Care in WakeMed. NONE of these doctors helped me. I called Results Physiotherapy out of pure pain and frustration. Krista got me a same day appointment with Joseph Conaty and it has been life changing for me. Joseph did a physical assessment on me, worked on my neck, and got me some pain relief for the first time in 10 days. Prior to visiting Joe, I had prescriptions for opioids from the ER that helped with the pain, but didn't take it away. Every time I visited Joe, I got significant pain relief. Not only that, but he recommended a doctor that would actually end up performing the necessary tests (ordering an MRI) and accurately diagnosing my issue. It turned out that I had a slipped disc in my neck that had moved my nerve 3-4 millimeters out from where it was supposed to be. This pressure was affecting my strength to the point that I was dropping items and unable to lift with full strength and surgery was a very real possibility for me. The surgery was not without risks and there would have been a scar. Visiting Joe 3-5 times a week and following the exercises that he had given me allowed me to avoid the surgery. As I write this today, I'm back to 99.9% of my functionality and I owe the vast majority of my recovery to Joseph Conaty and the amazing staff at Results Physiotherapy. If you have pain and have been told to seek out Physiotherapy, don't hesitate any longer, make an appointment now.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent treatment. PT spends time to listen with a lot of empathy to my pain. Holistic approach to help me understand my body and ways I can get stronger and pain subside. Very polite and respectful.

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience at Results physical therapy at Morrisville location. I went there with so much pain but started feeling better from the first session. They were very quick to diagnose my issue. After few weeks of session my pain is gone completely. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Caroline has been working on me and has almost fixed me totally. Very nice and very good at what she does. She can find my sore spots quickly. I also had dry needling. What a wonderful thing to have done. Pain seemed to be last for about a week. Lasted longer than a chiropractor visit and cost same amount of money. If you need a therapist, you need to check out this place. I followed Caroline from Cameron Village, but the other therapists are great too. I can't wait to get more dry needling on Friday. These therapists that work at Results Physiology are all perfectly trained and they have really helped me. Check them out!

Fantastic experience: Started PT with Chelsea 3 days after Left Hip replacement. I was very immobile at the time. After only 3 weeks, I was not using the cane anymore except when out in public so people wouldn't run into me. Now, 11 weeks post op, I am almost fully functioning. Chelsea was patient and always made sure I had correct form when doing my exercises. I learned some new exercises that not only helped with my hip, but some I can do on a regular basis as part of my exercise routine. Definitely recommend Chelsea and Results Physiotherapy in Morrisville.

Everyone who works here is delightful - from scheduling appointments and working with my crazy schedule to remembering my name when I walk in making me feel especially welcome. And Joe was fantastic. I'm sad I'm better now because I don't need to go back. But he was determined to get my ready for my vacation and here I am hiking in Utah! Thank you all so much! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience at Results PT, especially with Caroline. I had an issue that six months of PT at another facility didn't help, and within a few sessions with Caroline I started to see improvement. I am now 100% back to where I was pre-injury and couldn't be happier. Everyone at the clinic is very friendly, knows your name, and makes going to PT fun!

The people working here definitely know their stuff, but the best part is just how easy they are to talk to. They listen to what you have to say, and specialize their treatment accordingly. The name "Results" isn't an accident!

The staff (all of them) engaged in conversation, laughter with all patients and actually made the experience pleasant. I actually looked forward to going to my PT sessions. My therapist. Fantastic experience: I have absolutely been awed by the results!! I went in with what I thought was knee issues, only to find out that it was the tendons and ligaments leading to my knees that were tight leading to my pain. My therapist Caroline worked with me for weeks and I am more mobile and flexible than ever. She taught me several exercises to do at home and they’ve worked!! She concentrated on areas where I had severe discomfort and now she can work on those areas and my pain level has disappeared. My quality of life changed in a short time thanks to Caroline and her amazing work and skills. I absolutely recommend Results Physiotherapy to ANYONE that needs their quality of life back. In case you don’t know, you do not need a referral in the state of NC to see a physical therapist I will enjoy my holidays PAIN FREE ❤️

Her therapist, Joe provided an excellent service. From taking the time to understand and diagnose the source of her pain to suggesting exercises and easy-to-use approaches to ease her pain, even at home, really made her recovery quicker. Fantastic experience: The physical therapists at Results are great at assessing the problem, and helping find an incremental plan of therapy and fitness to help you recover and get back to your normal activities and meet your goals. I hurt my knee while pregnant. There weren't a lot of options for me other than PT. They worked with me, and made a plan for what I could do to help my knee while considering what my limits were with the pregnancy. They helped me get back to the activities I wanted to do for a healthy pregnancy, and to enjoy life!

Negative experience: The physical therapy and personal were fine, however, I refuse to go to a provider who collects a co-pay ($35 in my case) and then proceeds to addon charges without nofification afterwards

Negative experience: Consider going to another therapist other than Greg. He is quick to drop patients. I happened to go on vacation and during that time got parainfluenza and a respiratory infection that was turning into something else from my niece who had just gotten out of the hospital. I have been sick for two weeks now which I've heard has been common. Greg called to inform me he was dropping me as a patient. It's nice to know that he doesn't have time to help patients who need it because they just happen to be sick. A real caregiver. Thanks Greg! I'll find a therapist who truly wants to help me.
