Fantastic experience: Cal Rehab Yorba Linda - A Life-Changing Experience I spent 4 transformative months in physical therapy at Cal Rehab Yorba Linda in 2021. As a 50-year-old woman who had spent decades sitting at a desk, I was the poster child for the physical toll this can take. I suffered from chronic tendonitis in my forearms and excruciating lower back pain, including a tennis ball-sized knot in my back. After trying everything under the sun to find relief, from chiropractors to acupuncture, I had nearly given up hope. That's when I met Johnny at Cal Rehab Yorba Linda. He looked at me and said, "I'm going to make you strong." No one had ever said anything like that to me before. When I started rehab, I couldn't even squat my own body weight and needed assistance to get up off the ground. But after 4 months of working with Johnny, Wade, and the incredible team at Cal Rehab, I was squatting 45 lbs on my shoulders. I even discovered a love for weight training I never knew I had. Now, at 52, I'm in the best shape of my life, free from chronic pain, and forever grateful to the staff at Cal Rehab Yorba Linda. I now work with a personal trainer and go to the gym 5 times a week to try and stay active. The care and support I received went above and beyond physical therapy - it was truly life-changing. To anyone out there struggling with pain or mobility issues, I cannot recommend this fantastic facility enough. They will get you strong!
