Pam loves getting to know lots of wonderful people and having a positive effect on their lives.
Pam was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, but she spent her childhood in New Jersey. She played soccer while she was in college, and now she enjoys spending time with her family and children, running, and playing tennis.

Kendall has worked as an Occupational Therapist in the past, providing early intervention services to patients with a variety of diagnoses. She enjoys using sensory processing, feeding, play/social skills, and attention skills to help her patients improve their condition.
Chelsea Anderton earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
best possible outcome.
After just four visits to the therapist, I feel like a brand new person. Before, I could barely walk for 15 minutes without my back screaming in pain. Now I'm zooming through therapy and going on walks at home.
My husband was at first doubtful of my decision to use physical therapy to treat my back pain instead of taking medication. However, after seeing the results I achieved from working with the BreakThrough Physical Therapy team, he is now a believer too.
I was very pleased with the knee replacement therapy I received and felt that the staff knew exactly what they were doing to help me get back to my normal life.
BreakThrough Physical Therapy - Pediatrics: Reviews
Fantastic experience: My daughter started PT with Pam when she was less than a month old for severe torticollis. Pam was incredibly nurturing to my daughter's development. Her years of experience truly showed. I could not recommend her more!
Thank you for taking the time to share such a wonderful review. We're grateful for your support.
Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my child for Occupational Therapy to Breakthrough Physical Therapy Pediatrics on and off for three years. We have seen many of the providers, and have gotten amazing care. Everyone from the office staff to the therapists are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and have a love for the kids they serve. They have also worked with our schedule, and insurance. If you are looking for a place to go for physical or occupational therapy, this place would be my recommendation.
Fantastic experience: very kind and helpful staff
Fantastic experience: Great Physical Therapists and support staff. They work with you to help improve your physical health.
Fantastic experience: We have been going to Breakthrough for pediatric OT and PT for over a year. Very good therapist and know what they are doing. It’s a fun place for the kid. They listen to you and help you find the tools and techniques work with your little one. They are very good with scheduling and accommodating sick days and holidays. Clear communication with care team and working with insurance.
Fantastic experience: Both the physical therapy and occupational therapy services are wonderful. My teenage daughter has been going for about 7 months and I’ve seen such tremendous growth. She genuinely enjoys seeing them each week. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience: We’ve been at Breakthrough working with Brigid for nearly 3 1/2 years. She is absolutely wonderful, and we are so pleased with the growth we have seen in our son.
Fantastic experience: Positive experience all around! Helpful front desk always willing to be accommodating with scheduling. Therapists are consistent, collaborate with other therapists/teachers when needed and provide helpful feedback after each therapy session.
Fantastic experience: Feeling blessed to have the best for my baby. My daughter has her PT going on with Pam and she is so amazing. My Daughter loves her pt sessions and has improved so much with Pam’s guidance.
Fantastic experience: My daughter has been a patient for many years at BreakThrough Physical Therapy. Her PT , Pam, is amazing we couldn’t ask for a better therapist. Not only does she communicate about my daughters treatments but she also helps navigate the DME process as well. We highly recommend Pam and BrealThrough PT!
Fantastic experience: My son has been working with Bridget for 6 years as his OT. She has been passionate, patient, and trustworthy. My son has a genetic syndrome that makes motor skills, problem solving and some cognitive decisions difficult for him. Bridget has become like family to him/us.
Fantastic experience: We have been going to Breakthrough for pediatric OT and PT for over six years. I cannot say enough good things about Breakthrough and about Brigid in particular. My eldest is on the autism spectrum and has progressed from screaming and kicking for hours daily to now able to interact with other kids and attend school. She has the tools to cope with things like shoes and food that are not agreeable to her but are necessary to function in our world. She continues to progress, thanks in great part to the amazing energy and positive direction of Brigid. My middle child broke her leg and was unable to bear weight on her leg after the cast came off. Pam and the PT staff had her laughing through her sessions and wanting to do the homework. Now you’d never know there was ever a challenge. Currently my youngest is in OT for sensory issues. Like my eldest, she looks forward to sessions and has a great time in them. Nearly every morning I get, “I go to OT today please?” I had great success in adult PT when my hip gave out. The adult side was just as great as the pediatric side. Finally, Breakthrough is wonderful about working with our insurance and communicating with our care teams. If you or your child need physical or occupational therapy, you can’t go wrong here. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Fantastic experience: Our son started OT with Ms. Brigid in October for several behaviors suspected to be related to a spectrum disorder. In just 6 months, our son has gone from crying & covering his ears when encountering loud noise and/or lights & other stimulation to literally riding in the front seat of a helicopter on vacation last week without even flinching. Ms. Brigid has been extremely patient with our concerns as parents & our son adores her & his weekly visits to OT with her. We couldn’t be happier with her & the results we are seeing in our son’s progress. I would and do highly recommend Brigid at Breakthrough Pediatric Physical Therapy for anyone needing to start their child in Occupational Therapy.
Fantastic experience: We have worked with Pam for PT and Brigid for OT since 2019 and they have been such incredible influences on my son. There was a lot of uncertainty as to whether or not he would be able to walk, but now the doctors are saying they are confident he will walk independently one day!! It will still be a journey to get him there, but I am forever grateful to Pam for continuing to work with him and encourage him, and for never giving up on him. He has also learned to explore his world and manipulate toys/items in ways that we weren’t sure he would, and this is all thanks to Brigid’s guidance. Her love and patience for my son are so evident. I can hardly condense nearly 3 years of partnership with these two ladies into one review like this because they’ve had such a huge and positive impact on our lives, I don’t even know where to start! He shows growth every day, he has come such a long way, and I owe so much of that to these two! They came into our lives during a very scary and difficult time, and they met us exactly where we were at with an incredible amount of empathy and experience. I trust them implicitly and would recommend them to anyone looking for PT or OT for their child!
Fantastic experience: Alexandra Villecco is awesome. She is great with my child and explains what she is doing and why to me as well as telling me of things she is seeing during the session. She answers all my questions and assists with equipment any time I ask. LOVE HER!! Great PT!!!
Fantastic experience: I normally do not write review, but have to shout out for this one. The practice, the therapist, and the receptionist, all together, changed my mind regarding the usefulness of therapy. The therapist ( We use Jordan, but everyone here is good from my observation) is knowledgeable and does above and beyond to identify potential issue and direct us to the right resources. My son falls in love with the service at first visit and is looking forward to the service every time. The receptionist, Candies (sorry, I probably do not get the name right), oh my, is such a great person who just make people want to stay with her. It is hard to see Ms. Jordan is leaving us, but I have no doubt that the service here is top notch!
Fantastic experience: My sons PT provider is wonderful! She makes him feel comfortable, asks him questions on how he's done between his weekly sessions and she also offers exercises for him to do at home. My son actually looks forward to his sessions every week. I am really happy we found this center and especially Ali! Thank you so much Ali
Fantastic experience: We have had a wonderful experience with BreakThrough Pediatric Therapy! Ali is amazing and within 3 months, our daughter went from not being able to sit correctly, to sitting, crawling, pulling up, and cruising along furniture! She is completely caught up with all of the major milestones for her age and we owe it all to Ali! She was great at making physical therapy fun for a 1 year old and thoroughly explaining things as she did them, all while showing us things that we could be doing at home to help our daughter. Thank you for all of the help and we will certainly be recommending BreakThrough to everyone!
Fantastic experience: Fabulous therapists that have been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this facility to others.
