They truly care about their patients; its obvious in their engagement and interactions. After my heart episodes, they helped me regain the confidence to start living again. I'm halfway through my time in the program; but getting better, feeling better and I'm more confident every time I engage in physical activities. I often watch the team and the process while I'm exercising, and the words "Well Oiled Machine" comes to mind; everyone is engaged, attentive and doing whatever's required to keep things flowing. Fantastic experience: I finished cardiac rehab at the Cary location last December. The staff were absolutely amazing! They gave personal attention to every participant encouraging each of us to become healthier each day. These people are saving and extending lives on a daily basis.

Fantastic experience: The staff and volunteers are amazing. They give everyone special attention. They monitor and genuinely care for each person attending cardio rehab. I am so thankful I was able to attend the Cary location. It was an easy drive.

Fantastic experience: This is hands down one of the best medically supervised programs I have seen or been involved with. The care is EXCELLENT. These people are literally saving lives on a daily basis; including my own. It includes exercise, nutrition classes and stress management counseling. The staff is terrific, patient and understanding. Everything is customized for you. If prescribed, you need to do this!
