Chicago Treatment and Counseling Center III

Fantastic experience: I use to go to this clinic almost 20 years ago and let me tell you every other clinic I've been to is terrible one way or another and to this day I have never found a clinic that compares to this one... I'm in the process of switching back to this clinic cause in the end why try to find a clinic like this just go with the best forget all the rest just wish it was a little closer to me but it's worth the travel.

Fantastic experience: Been here for on and off 18 years. I've seen many staff come and go but the staff there now are awesome! Always helpful and kind. I look forward to seeing and speaking with my ppl there! Lol

Positive experience: I have been with clinic 4 for quite some time now. I love my counselor, and the receptionist LaTonya. I think my biggest complaint with all of the clinics is how unprofessional those are that are responsible for answering calls, and answering questions, Ect. Ect. They are very rude, and treat you with a lot of attitude and disrespect. I unfortunately had to call each clinic looking for a certain person to talk to, and each clinic treated me the same. Instead of answering my question about whether or not that person was there, they tried to pry info out of me about what my call was in reference too, and why I needed to speak with him. However, they never offered a voice mailbox where I could leave a message for that person. I of course did not say a word about my confidential reasons for needing to speak with this person, but again as I said. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and if you ask me some medical Hipaa laws were being broken. I realize that no one is perfect, and mistakes are made. But this happened with each and every phone call. The dr.? Don't even get me started. She is by far, the worst part of all the clinics, and how we as clients/patients are treated at times. I stay because I have a great relationship with my counselor, and she knows a lot about me. We communicate well, and she listens. I would hate to start over because of other peoples actions. Just had to put this out there.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Friendly staff and affordable. They offer counseling from staff that really cares about the clients. If you're looking for a clinic I would go here. Never any long lines. It has always been in and out unless I'm talking with my counselor. Check it out for yourself!
