Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been really satisfied with the occupational therapy provided by Mr. Anthony Christopher for our son. When we first started here we were extremely concerned about our son. But after 2 months we've started noticing impressive improvements in my son's abilities and overall progress. His expertise and dedication have made this possible. I would highly recommend this center for OT if someone else asks me.

Fantastic experience: I would recommend anyone who needs physical, occupational and speech therapy to this rehabilitation center. The entire Staff is awesome, professional, courteous and knowledgeable of their particular field, the staff works together as a team to help with whatever situation you have. My daughter received the best care and treatment from beginning to end. If you need to heal physically and emotionally, call for an appointment, you will not be disappointed..

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience working with my physical therapist SEFIR. He is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He always showed me empathy and kind bedside manners, which inspired my comfort level during my PT sessions. I was completely impressed with his professionalism, and excellent customer service. SEFIR is committed to making every minute count during each session, with clear fitness goals and ability to use different treatment techniques, and most of all he always kept me motivated. Fantastic experience: Physiotherapist Disha (And the entire team in CareFirst rehab) is very knowledgeable and treated my back pain with various physiotherapy exercises. She really gets down to his level - she figured out what he likes to play with, texts me regularly with reports of where he is, and truly feels like a partner in his development. Fantastic experience: I had PT here. Samuel took care of me. He was absolutely amazing. I went in with a pain level of eight.. I came out with a pain level three he is absolutely amazing. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone is so wonderful here.

Fantastic experience: This office is wonderful! Sefir was amazing with my son and he looked forward to going to Occupational Therapy every week. He gave me (parent) things to work on at home and tools to help us outside of appointments which was so helpful. He met my child where he was and used my son's interests to work on the skills he needed to improve. He was really such a help to us in a difficult time. Samantha was always so welcoming at the front desk and worked so hard to get us scheduled at times that worked for our busy calendar. Nakia and Deann in physical therapy were also great with my child and helped us so much. All in all, it's a fantastic office and the staff there is so kind. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for therapy services.

Fantastic experience: This office and staff are the best of the best. My son learned so much from his therapists for Occupational (Ms Brady) and Speech (Diana) and he loved them even more! Negative experience: Not a stable environment for special needs kids! Horrible management. Extremely high turnover and management handles staffing changes extremely unprofessionally. My son’s OT (one of his favorite people in the world) wasn’t allowed by management to tell us she was leaving the clinic until her last week. We didn’t have time to prepare my son to say goodbye or research other clinics (which I believe was management’s goal). We were left scrambling to figure out how to continue treatment for my son, as OT at many clinics is booked out. We stayed at CF and started seeing a different OT provider (also very lovely and great at her job) but she is also leaving the practice about a month after our first OT left. (As a note, my son also did PT here and his amazing PT also left a few weeks after he was discharged). I get the feeling there is something going on behind the scenes that is driving great providers away from the practice. Moral seems low, and the providers have no downtime between patients. We have noticed MANY other staffing changes in our time there, and their scheduling has changed at least 4 times. The facility is rundown and not well cleaned. The best things about this place are the providers and the office staff. It’s a shame management is unable to keep them.

Fantastic experience: My journey started May 9,2024 in Alabama a car accident (intoxicated) driver hit my car. After discharge from UAB hospital in Alabama, my daughtér brought me back to North Carolina with her for rehabilitation and recovery. Great Plan in locating Care First Rehab, and getting assigned to SEFIL as my Occupational Therapist. The travel was a distance from my daughter's home but, it was worth it . I came in like my wrecked càr but I'm leaving like a slightly used well rehabilitated polished car. Now, I am able to return to my "SWEET HOME ALABAMA !"Would not have made it with out my God and SEFIL's patience in giving explanations and explaining in detail "THE WHY"of the process . That made it easy to comprehend and complete. Could not have had a better therapist. The staff is very cordial and impressive too.They greeted me by name as l walked in the door and made sure I was updated on all my sessions when leaving. In observations of other therapist, they too exhited professional interactions and CARE with their clients. I see why it is called , "Care First Rehab. " Thank you for your service in regarding my CARE FIRST.

Fantastic experience: I have a lot pain and have had several PT's in the past. But the PT I have now from CareFirst has been a wonder. She has tried different thing's. That none of those before did and since She has . I can feel a difference and a ease from the pain in my body. Her care for my quality of life. There are no words to tell how much my PT has done for it and me.

Since starting sessions with her, we've observed remarkable improvements in our son's abilities and overall progress. Fantastic experience: I have been receiving occupational and physical therapy at “Care First Rehab” for the past two months. My initial visit was in May; I had experienced excruciating pain in my back, neck, left leg and right hands. At that time, if I had to weigh the pain on a scale of 1-10, I would say a 4 at a 40% discomfort level. Now, I can confidently say that I’ve improved to 70% due to the professionalism and training of the Therapist. I would recommend Care First Rehab to anyone who suffers from chronic discomfort. Negative experience: I would give this company a fat ZERO if I could. My 3yr. Old granddaughter was having speech therapy when in went Donna Richardson a " bodily fluids specialist" it wasn't but a few minutes I hear my granddaughter screaming and crying and pitching a fit ( which I have NEVER witnessed before) I don't know what this woman was doing to my granddaughter as they wouldn't let us go in with her, but I can assure you, it WILL be her last time.

Negative experience: I took my son here for therapy. The staff was nice and the therapy was okay but I’ve given one star due to the cleanliness of the office and also their policy for rescheduling appointments. The office needs a good deep cleaning. I was surprised to see ground in filth on the chairs, for example. If you reschedule or don’t show up to an appointment, they charge you a fee, however when they rescheduled my appointment an hour beforehand, they weren’t willing to pay me that fee. Sorry - this type of policy is in their best interest only and I won’t stand by it.

Fantastic experience: Andrew is a fantastic physical therapist. He helped me rehab my knee. In addition to getting better I learned a ton and feel like I can stay better because of it. Thank you Andrew!

Fantastic experience: After a fall resulting in pelvic and wrist fractures, I was fortunate enough to obtain both physical and occupational therapy provided by incredible professionals at CareFirstRehab on Connerstone Drive in Cary. One always walks in to be warmly greeted by two knowledgeable and efficient front desk personnel who manage a complicated system while treating all with patience and skill. I had the opportunity to work with Sefir, Nakia and Preshant who brought me from using a walker to being able to return to my daily gym workouts. While there I had the opportunity to observe other personnel and was impressed by the fact that every person there is professional, knowledgeable, patient and truly caring. Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son Ryan to CareFirst Rehab in Cary NC for a few months. After a few visits with Speech Therapist Donna and OT Specialist Mr. Sefir my son has made many leaps and bounds. Before Care First my son did not talk much or express himself but now he will not stop talking. He responds to questions offers answers and asks what,why and who questions. Mr. Sefir also has Ryan writing his first and last name so well that his teachers at school has noticed the improvement. I recommend this place for any parents whose child needs additional help with speech and OT and I especially recommend Mrs Donna and Mr. Sefir

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Mr. Sefir for over a year now at this location and he is fantastic! All of the staff memebers here are welcoming and very helpful. My son has seen many therapist at this location and enjoys all of them but Mr. Sefir is his favorite. I couldnt be more happy with the fantastic service provided at this location as well as the growth I have seen in my son since starting services here.

Fantastic experience: Perfect staffing, I had a fracture in my middle finger and my occupational therapist was Sefir and Prashant. They both took care of me like a baby and I felt like they were my family. I healed 100% because of them and my hand was like nothing happen. 100/100 recommended

Fantastic experience: The staff from the front desk to the therapist are great at their jobs. They come to gather like family, welcome me in, and take care of me. I appreciate Andrew and Ms. D knowledge and treatment plan. The owner also looked after me and made sure my needs was taken care of. He's a great guy and leader.

Fantastic experience: I have only had experience with the speech therapy but I've been so happy with the speech therapist. My son really enjoys their time together and I feel really comfortable with the staff. I feel like my son is being taken care of and that's really important for me as a parent. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Demario and he's wonderful! He's as respectful of your personal space as one can be considering the profession, knowledgeable, took the time to make a comfortable setup, and has done an excellent job of gradually healing my body after a lifetime of numerous surgeries and more recently, radiation therapy. Additionally, Care First Rehab also staffs awesome administrative employees!

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my primary care physician for an issue with my hand. The initial consultation felt very much like I was getting into an eastern medicine type situation, it was the first time I’ve ever been subscribed meditation time. That being said after doing the stretches and strengthening exercises I went from contemplating cortisone shots and surgery to having full use of my hand back without pain. You do have to do the exercises, things were not getting better with just rest. Also the meditation wasn’t as bad as medication so a very positive experience overall.

Fantastic experience: The massage therapists is out STANDING. He takes his time and and makes sure you are confutable but yet knows how much force/pressure that may be needed to get the job done. The receptionist are all so nice and always welcoming you when you arrive. The gentleman that I don't see often but when i do see him, he is always asking how things went. I don't know if he is the owner or manger but he is very caring. Care First Rehab deserves that name. Care first before anything else.

Negative experience: Since first week we started the OT resigned and they said we do not have any replacement! So i asked them to discharge my son as this was only waste for my time. They are not professional at all and I do not recommend this place at all

Fantastic experience: Great place. Dr. Sonker and his therapists have been. The sessions are tough but get you to your goals. I highly recommend the PT and the OT. As a teacher I have learned plenty of new techniques that I have applied in the classroom.

Fantastic experience: We love Mrs.Erika!! She has been working with my daught for a while now and has done so much not only for my daughter but our family. My daughter went from not eating anything and only drinking protein shakes to eating whole meals and drinking out of normal cups for her age. Mrs.Erika has always kept me updated on her progress as well as give advice and tips to work with her when she is home.

Fantastic experience: Carefirst has a great physical therapy at home option with no extra charge to the patients. it’s is a very convenient option to those who don’t want to have always go out to appointments. as a Referral nurse, Manuela our Liason, makes it so much easier. she is always readily available with any questions or concerns we have. she goes above and beyond to make sure all of my patients are taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Erin Ogden has been my daughters PT for several months now. My daughter is delayed in gross motor skills with low tone and we've seen such an improvement since working with Erin not only physically, but also in my daughter's confidence! She went from not moving at all on her tummy, to now pulling up on her own and being so proud of herself. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand the skill involved in balancing pushing a baby to do things they might not be happy to do (ie. crying) while also making the parent feel at ease with the things being done. PT is work, but Erin will give you the tools needed to get your child where they need to be all while assuring you're comfortable with the process. If you have a baby or young child that could benefit from PT, call and ask for Erin!!

Fantastic experience: I am just finishing my PT treatment with Care First Rehab and I cannot say enough positive things about Amy, Andrew and the rest of the Care First staff. Their patience, knowledge, and attention to the needs of each individual patient truly sets them apart from other agencies. I would highly recommend Care First Rehab to anyone looking for future PT services.

Fantastic experience: Andrew was amazing. My first appointment he was able to diagnose and recognize issues I didn't even realize I was having. He was incredibly knowledgeable about very niche issues and came up with exercises that completely cured my symptoms. Their staff is extremely flexible and works with you to get you the care you need. I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been having issues with my neck and back for almost a decade now and was treated by several physical therapists over the years. I am so glad that I met Andrew and Amy. They are the best Physiotherapists one could ask for. On the very first appointment, Andrew pointed out the incorrect posture of my sitting and standing which I didn't realize until then. They get to the root cause of the pain and help to fix it. Amy's exercises were so effective that I am finally able to manage my pain after all these years. Thank you Andrew and Amy!

Fantastic experience: Care First Rehab has been a very rewarding experience for my special needs adult daughter. She received PT with Sefir, he was amazing with her. She also received PT with Darlene, she was wonderful helping her with her balance issues and finally Speech with Donna was very helpful in keeping her inside voice and sounds more normal. Positive experience: My husband sees them for OT & ST to rehab from several strokes. The staff is great. Very friendly front end staff, and the therapists are knowledgeable and well trained. Sefir (OT) is awesome! Very personable, and excellent in his field. I highly recommend him! Donna (ST) is also wonderful. She uses a variety of methods to help trigger my husband's short term memory - and to make therapy fun! She is easy to get along with - I also highly recommend her! My less than perfect score is because they have changed our schedule a couple of times without notifying us (it's a 90 min round trip drive for us). More than disappointing to make that drive and get turned away. Now they tell us when there's a change, but we frequently get changed, which makes it hard to make any plans! Overall, our experience was a good one.

Fantastic experience: I would like to give a special thank you to Jeannine the front office lady at Care First. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. From our first visit she has been more then helpful. She always welcomes every client with a smile and by name. I'd also like to thank Mark my daughter's PT he is so easy to work with and really shows care and concern. I've notice such a difference in my daughter's abilities. Because of the dedication of both these people I have since referred several of my family members and highly recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this practice by my family healthcare provider. The location is easy to find, clean and very well run. All staff at check-in that I have dealt with are efficient and friendly. PT staff that I work with are friendly, good listeners and very skilled. Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience with PT at Care First Rehab. I called initially with questions about insurance billing and the billing folks got back to me with the information that I needed by the end of the day. I came in for neck pain and Andrew Newnam was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. He not only addressed my immediate neck pain concern, but also pointed out, and helped me address, posture issues that could contribute to pain in the future. I'm leaving with no pain and improvement to my posture! I had great experiences with the other PT staff at the facility as well and Rachel, the aid for the PT team, is such a ray of sunshine with her encouragement! Fantastic experience: My son has just recently started OT at Care First Rehab. So far, the front desk staff is exceptional in courtesy and professionalism. The same is true for the OT therapist that my son sees. Mr. Karat is so engaging and genuinely seems to care for his patients. I am so pleased with our experiences.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rachael Curan has been my 79 year old Aunt’s physical therapist for over a year now. She has mobility issues. My aunt always says she would be completely immobile were it not for the “Little Doctor “. Dr. Curan is a results-driven Physical Therapist. She has done a great job with my aunt!

Fantastic experience: I am an energetic sixty-one year old woman. I love to run, bike, hike, and kayak. I suffered a mountain biking accident, my dominant arm was shattered and required surgery. After surgery my doctor told me it would be necessary for my healing success, strength and full motion of movement of my arm to have PT. I researched PT's in the area and made my decision to go to CareFirst Rehab. I was sincerely hesitant and the closer it came to my first appointment I decided that I would have to have an experienced and skilled PT. My PT was Maryellen Halloran, she was wonderful. I developed a trust very quickly. I look forward to my sessions and workouts. She listens to you and educates you. She is also prepared for each session, she has a very prepared and tailored plan. She monitors your progress and encourages you in reaching your goals.

Fantastic experience: I come here several times a week with my little guy. He loves seeing his therapists and is always sad to leave. They are very accommodating with his needs and good at getting creative to work with him to accomplish our goals. Very good at tuning in with how he works! Front office staff is also awesome. They are always friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. Photo is getting creative in one of our sessions and rolling with the whimsy of a 2 year old!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Care First Rehab has been wonderful. The front staff is always friendly and even accommodated a schedule change without issue. Amy, Maryellen and Disha took great care of me during each session, always explaining the next step in my physical therapy. They gave me advice on exercises I can do at home to help strengthen and heal my elbow. I was surprised and excited at how quickly the therapy took affect and helped me get back to near 100%. I would highly recommend this facility for any physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: The whole team is wonderful at this facility ! From the first time my husband was treated there until now and beyond they have treated us like family ! From reception to therapist we couldn’t have asked for a better place for my husband’s post stroke rehab ! He has came along way under the guidance of Daniel with OT and the varies other Physical Therapist that have worked with him, especially Nelson who gives him a through workout ! He almost feels normal ! He has his own cheerleading squad here ! The total support from everyone that works there has been amazing and it has made such a huge impact on me and has given my husband reason to hope he will be back to doing all the things he could do pre stroke ! We want to tell everyone that needs rehab .. Go here ! They ALL safe amazing !

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rachel is amazing with my son. She has been our therapist for 3 years now and she always goes above and beyond. My 7 year old loves her and is always excited to see her. She is always happy and makes both my kids feel special. She has helped my son gain mobility in his dominant hand even with a rare condition that he was born with. I will forever be grateful for what she has given my son.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Care First Rehab. They’ve helped me with neck pain that would give me headaches constantly for a very long time. Amy has magic hands, she got rid of muscle knots in my back, Maryellen is great and has given me the best exercise to stretch the muscles in my neck. Everyone is great and you can tell they care about your recovery. I still have more sessions but my back and neck tension has improved incredibly and I’m very happy I was referred here.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Care First Rehab. My sister was diagnosed with some type of early onset dementia and has tried PT, OT, and speech therapy three other times. Care First Rehab is by far the BEST care that she has received. She is remembering cues to help her move about more safely and is interacting more with others. I can see a definite improvement. The three professionals working with her are very friendly and caring, and communicate with each other to coordinate her care. When we walk in, the lady at the front desk greets her by name. Fantastic experience: Care First Rehab is truly a 5 Star facility. The front desk staff is always friendly, welcoming, and works diligently to find appointments that fit within my schedule. Due to an injury, I went to Care First Rehab. Amy is an amazing therapist. She is knowledgeable, patience and goes beyond expectations to meet individual needs and tailoring therapy to get you where you need to be! She is attentive and appreciates feedbacks throughout the therapy session. Amy and Shelby do a great TEAM work for the benefit of the patients. They have been absolutely wonderful throughout my treatment. Besides therapy sessions, Amy provides me ideal home stretches and exercises to enhance my recovery!

Fantastic experience: Andrew does a great job with me. I know its hard for me and him. I have MS and its very difficult for him because my body pains change every day. It has been the best thing i have done in years. I was always an athletic person in my life. Its hard for me to deal with MS but its nice to know there is help.

Fantastic experience: The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely feel like I’m making improvements every time I meet with my therapist, Daniel C. The only thing that I don’t like, is that They share an entry with a walk-in clinic.

Negative experience: My daughters appointment was canceled by the physical therapist for a 2nd time. No one has told me why AGAIN. Then they say that we have to wait 30 DAYS to just RESCHEDULE. This business is unprofessional. Canceling appointments for people that need the physical therapy. Unbelievable. Find a different physical therapist if the current one is unable to do their job even once a week. stop giving the same apologies and change the way your business runs. It’s terrible.

Fantastic experience: Noah Drummond gives the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten! He is 100% in tune with his patient, inquires about their needs, and is in constant communication to be certain he is administering the proper pressure and not causing any pain. Helping his patients by massage is Noah’s life calling! He is so knowledgeable about the body and how to release pain. I’m grateful for his assistance in my healing. I highly recommend Noah!

Fantastic experience: We see Ms. Donna twice a week for my toddlers speech therapy and she is so welcoming. We love going to see her and it's always a fun experience with lots to do and learn. I see much improvement due to both the staff and learning at home. Thanks Donna for being so great to Z! As well as the front desk staff, we are always greeted with a warm welcome and a big hello to Z. Always look forward to our sessions. :)

Fantastic experience: My mother needed in home help to regain strength and mobility. Care First has an amazing team. The therapists (OT and PT) that come to her house are very professional, kind, trustworthy, and just overall amazing. The therapists listen to her needs and do their very best every time!

Fantastic experience: My mom had a stroke in August 2019 while living in Alabama. She moved to NC to live with my family in January. Her physical therapist Andrew started working with her. He is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and it’s easy to work with Andrew. Mom is becoming much more comfortable by being able to do certain things without help. Very pleased with her PT.
