Mercy Folsom Outpatient Rehabilitation Center: Reviews
Fantastic experience: After injuring my leg, I received a prescription for physical therapy. The first place I contacted quoted me an initial evaluation appointment two months away. Two months! Naturally, I’m anxious to get back to normal, that just wasn’t going to work and I declined that option before contacting Mercy Folsom Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. I was super relieved when Mercy Folsom Outpatient Rehabilitation Center had openings less than a week away! However, they also promised to contact me if they had any cancellations, which they did, and I was able to get my initial evaluation only a few days later. The facility is not only easy to find, but also clean and inviting. The front-desk staff is competent, friendly, and patient. I found the waiting room comfortable as well. As for my treatment, the therapist that saw me was not rushed. They took their time to engage me in conversation and listened to me express my current condition as well as my concerns and treatment goals. They did a thorough evaluation, taking into account both the injury I’m currently recovering from and also inquired about past injuries that might have a bearing on my recovery as well. With this background, they prescribed a set of at-home exercises specifically tailored to my needs. I’m confident they are appropriate to my strength and level of recovery so far. I started the exercises today and look forward to my future visits for a hopefully full recovery, with the help of the Mercy Folsom Outpatient Rehabilitation Center. Thank you again!
