Cary Orthopaedics Physical Therapy - Morrisville

Fantastic experience: Chad is amazing. This is my second rehab with Chad. I really didn’t believe in PT until I met thin. He listens to what your problems and goals are and then comes up with an appropriate plan to get there. Super nice and professional as well.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, every one was very welcoming and friendly. My experience with Kevin was awesome. He took the time to hear my story of my injury and we worked on a few exercises that were not painful at all. In fact I felt a muscle fatigue instead of pain and that is a good thing. I think my coming to Cary Orthopaedics is a great first move toward getting my mobility in my arm better. Very pleased with the professionalism and helpfulness that Kevin showed. Great first day!

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Kevin at Cary Orthopedics for over four months now. First day when I walked in, I was in a wheelchair. I have come a long way since and Kevin gets a lot of credit for my recovery which is still in progress. Kevin is always thinking of creative and innovative ways to incorporate exercises into my protocol to keep it fun and interesting. He is also very attentive and focused during every session.

Negative experience: After having an appointment scheduled for two weeks I get a call the day of saying that they needed to cancel my appt because I didn't have an evaluation yet (because I had to cancel my original appt in Cary since I was sick, and asked to reschedule it in Mooresville since I live this way) I was told when I booked that appointment that it had to be a new patient appt and that's why I had to wait two weeks. So today, two weeks later, I have my appointment .I have childcare lined up already and scheduled my whole day around it.. just to get a phone call saying they needed to cancel it because it wasn't an evaluation appt. So what's a new patient appointment? This is your error, not mine, I explained the whole situation when I called TWO weeks ago to get an appointment. You should own this, and NOT put the blame on the patient. Canceling the appt the day of-- not cool. Coming to physical therapy is hard enough, getting childcare makes it harder and if there was a problem on the schedule I should have been called two days ago , not the day of . While I love the doctors are Cary ortho-- I need to have a PT location closer to my house in order to get there as needed and I obviously can't trust Performance PT to schedule me properly, and put customers/patients first--

Fantastic experience: I have received excellent support and care from Chad Moses as he has guided my recovery from a broken leg.....gentle when it was appropriate and firm when I needed a push to progress from wheelchair, walker, and cane, to walking independently. I would highly recommend his PT services.

Fantastic experience: Kevin Raymond is highly professional and personable. He provides expert care with a friendly manner and is happy to address questions and concerns. He made the challenging process of healing my frozen shoulder much more pleasant. Kudos to him (and to the Morrisville PT team and scheduling staff, who helped create a positive atmosphere).
