She conducts a thorough evaluation to address your pain and discomfort and looks for all the underlying causes that's causing your pain. She will then design a specific treatment plan specific for you to include pain modalities, manual therapy, taping methods, home exercise program including caregiver instruction for carryover at home. She is very knowledgeable in the Hesch and Gibbons technique. Fantastic experience: Rashmi is such a meticulous therapist, with a demeanor that puts you right at ease, and understanding when it comes to reschedules. I was very happy for her therapy and was in a better place than I started at the end of it all. If you are on a tight budget, note that payments are taken up front as the office does all the engagement with your insurance, so there is no after-visit settling of fees after your visit. Regardless of this, the service received is thorough.

Rashmi has extra ordinary skills of Hesch techniques and muscle energy techniques. Only few PTs around our area has. She applied all these techniques on my mother’s back. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this location and PT Rashmi Kumar to anyone seeking physical rehabilitation. Rashmi is extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my issue better than the Urgent Care PA did who sent me home with muscle relaxants but did not address the root cause of the problem. Rashmi listened patiently and then showed me some very good exercises that help relieve my back pain symptoms. She also showed me several stretching and strengthening exercises that would help me maintain my physical posture and spine health. I’m glad she’s going to be around the area should I ever need help in the future. As I said earlier I would highly recommend her practice for your PT needs.
