Morning Star Post Acute is a 57-bed community that offers exceptional skilled nursing care for seniors recovering from surgery, rehabilitating from a specific injury or trauma, or those in need of high acuity nursing care. Our highly trained team of nurses are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, providing general and specialized care to ensure a swift and complete recovery.

While there are several options for post-Acute care, Morning Star Post Acute’s program includes many unique amenities. On top of access to 24-hour nursing care, our residents enjoy the attention of our in-house licensed therapists, who provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy, targeted rehabilitation, and retraining in the activities of daily living.

Our care team is on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, always looking for ways to show our patients they are loved and supported. And we are on hand and ready to help you or your loved one navigate a transition to Morning Star Post Acute.

Fantastic experience: Morning Star Post Acute is the most wonderful facility my brother has been in. The staff is amazing and the nurses take exceptional care of him and all the staff make him feel at home. I recommend the facility to anyone

Fantastic experience: I am currently a resident here, everyone is very nice and attentive. Rehab is really foucused on getting us better so we can go back to our lives. Food isn't bad.

Fantastic experience: The facility is alot better from my previous before new management took over, the food is excellent. Bonnie the nurse is very good. I love all the staff

Fantastic experience: I’m the admissions director of this facility. Although I have not been here very long, it’s clear to me that the staff care greatly for the patients. They do a wonderful job at ensuring the patients and families needs are met and that the facility is in tip top shape. I am proud to be an employee of this company. My grandma had a stay here and we as a family had a great experience. So when the opportunity came up for me to work here I said yes with no hesitation
