Fantastic experience: I came in with a lot of neck tension, pain, headaches, and numbness, but im leaving feeling so much better. Thank you to both Madison and Jill for all their hard work with me and for making it so much more manageable. I had tried everything, but they had the magic touch.

Fantastic experience: My jaw therapy has been very helpful and the therapist is the best. She explains what I need to do and makes sure I am comfortable with the information she gives. I would recommend anyone with jaw problems and pain should check out Rock Valley Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: They have gotten me through two big knee surgeries and a really serious shoulder surgery. Now they are helping me with a totally different problem. Great therapists and wonderful staff at the front desk, too! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Fantastic experience: Tried dry needling with Emma LeClaire to release extremely tight muscles from an old car accident. It helped a lot. She was gentle, kind and explained how and what she was doing throughout the procedure. She is also working closely with Emily P. at the 29th Street, who is also wonderful.

Negative experience: I was referred to this place by my neurologist. Unfortunately I had to reschedule 3x due to my husband’s ever changing work schedule due to training and being recently promoted. I called several days before to reschedule which is Plenty of time for them to fill in my spot! When I called for the 3rd time which is hours before as my husband was called in to work in an emergency, i was told I can’t do that anymore as it was the 3rd time and they cannot fill in the slot. i just went round and round with this lady! this was emphasized in our conversation “bec thespots werr reserved for you(me) and we cant fill in those spots” i understand for today I put them in a spot where nobody can fill in BUT when i called before ai made sure to let them know ahead! It is a crazy time right now shouldnt you guys be flexible i made sure to call several days the 2 other times Several! Maybe even a week before. life happens dont threaten me that I cannot go to your business anymore if I cant make it the next schedule. Taking my business else where. At least be a fake empathetic operator. It’s not hard to do these days! Ruined my morning BUT AT LEAST I am thankful that during this unprecedented time even if i have to go to another institution.. my husband is promoted and has a job. Thanks but no thanks!

The therapist is detailed, listens to my story, and has already begun to help me. Its amazing, and again I am very thankful I found them.

I was referred by my family doctor to treat my vertigo. Jenna was so helpful and thorough! After the first treatment, my symptoms improved immensely! She has been a life saver! Amy was a great help with insurance questions and in directing me to a location I wasn’t familiar with. Fantastic experience: Amber, with the Rock Valley Physical Therapy team, helped me to a complete recovery of a Rotator Cuff repair. She was amazing. Her first words to me were, "I'm not trying to hurt you, so let me know if I do." Suddenly I felt that I would be heard and included in my own recovery which caused me to work even harder for the ultimate result. She and the other Physical Therapists are knowledgable, careful and compassionate and I highly recommend them.
