Fantastic experience: Personally I've had 3 family members placed at THS kannapolis and the growth in this facility has amazed me! The staff are key componets to this facility's inviting atmosphere and I love to see the residents so involved with BINGO and other activities. Thanks THS!

Positive experience: My mother in law was there after a stroke and our experience was great. Everyone really seemed to care and support my husband and I. Unfortunately she passed away as she did not recover from her stroke.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff from the receptionist to the maintenance. Everyone takes ownership of the patients and families. Nurses and CNA’s truly care and do a wonderful job. Very attentive. Families need to remember this is a partnership. It’s about communication with the staff, helping each other to take care of your loved ones. You must enable the staff to do their jobs and help your loved ones get better and feel safe, clean and secure in their second home.
